Hey ******* You’ve taken a thousand rand from my moms account and when we called Ackermans they are saying there is no record of purchase and Offcourse there is no actual human we can talk to to sort this out so I’m left arguing with your AI agent via WhatsApp. Thanks for spoiling our day and my daughters birthday. Disgusting.
I am beyond disappointed with Pick n Pay's service. They deducted R443.15 from my account but failed to deliver key items—most importantly, the meat I ordered to feed my family. To make things worse, I had to spend an extra R80 on airtime because a team leader promised to call me back at 18:00 and never did. Now I’m told I must wait 3–5 business days for a refund. That’s unacceptable. My family is left without food, and your failure to deliver has disrupted my daughter’s upcoming birthday celebration. Pick n Pay has shown zero accountability or care. I demand an immediate refund of both R443.15 and the R80 airtime. As a long-time customer, I now seriously question whether this company values its customers at all.
It's been almost 3 weeks and Buffalo can't tell me where my Temu parcel is. Every time I call, email or chat I get a totally different update
On 12 June at 08:45 I logged a ticket that my internet is no longer working. They have sent me the same SMS and email for two days saying that my ticket is being worked on etc. on 14 June they stated that my ticket was escalated to a senior technician. When I followed up now again they said they can see my line was cancelled in the back end and nothing further. I am absolutely FURIOUS. I have never received such poor service in my life!
Been waiting for my refund since the 29th of March. I am being pushed back and forth between Paystack and my bank. Honestly terrible service. I will avoid this payment gateway going forward!
Three weeks no internet. Neen billed and sent a statement. Paid. Ans still. Nothing. Escalated 8 times and NOTHING. I mean. What a joke!!!!!!!!! Webafrica in partnership with Vumatel.
