I placed an order on happy pay and it took the amount 4 times and now wants to debit again 4 times because the system put through duplicate orders. Nobody is replying via WhatsApp or email and I need urgent assistance
I done an upgrade on my contract on the 24th of September for a A73 plus a galaxy watch instore where i was told the watch was out of stock i will be updated on when i can get it...i was also told i will be getting 20gigs promotional data for 3 months up until today i have been repeated calling the store to find out about my watch and i am always told someone will call me back and as we know it never happens....i have called the call centre but they are unfortunately not able to help... I am now expected to pay for a product i still have not received and telkom will just debit my account without giving a damn Extremely unprofessional
Good day I done an upgrade on the 3rd of February for a lenovo laptop for R269 which was supposed to come with a mifi router , Microsoft Office 365, a mouse and a laptop bag...delivery was done on the 4th February by dsv but i only received my laptop and not any of my free items I called mtn repeated on monday 7th where i was told somone will call me back to assist none of that happened i called again to mtn on the 8th where i was transferred from retentions to post paid whereby post paid told me they offline i must call back...i called back to post paid but was told that they cant do anything then transferred me to dsv..whereby dsv advised they received only one box which they delivered to me I am getting nowhere with this call centre and would like proper assistance Kindly assist as soon as possible Regards Nazreen
I was due for an upgarde on the 10/11/21 but only went into the store today for my upgrade...the consultant asked me for my id done fingerprint confirmation, gave me the price for the next month on what the contract will be,even fetched the phone i wanted but just before handing it to me advised my upgrade was declined due to me being under debt review yet my cell phone contract was never part of my debt review payments.all payments to mtn was made by myself every single month! I find this very unfair as the phone i was attempting to take was in the exact price range as what the previous cell phones were being paid for the last 24 months!!
I have a covid relief fund on my account i extended the plan on the 30th of August 2020. Although the debit order was still taken from my salary.i was advised to allow 4 working days for a refund to be given!!! I am still waiting for this refund Ive been calling fnb for the past 2 days and getting transferred from department to department then having the call dropped on me multiple times I would like this sorted out today and my refund given immediately and i have had it with fnb
I took my phone to the Mtn store westgate first the consultant does not take the box with the phone 21 days later I told this.I take the box back and get no book in documents.2 weeks later I'm told by your consultant that the phone has a pin code.How the hell must I unlock the phone when it can't switch on!!!The phone was 2 months only when booked in it's another 2 months and I'm still getting stories.This is pathetic the Cpa act states that I'm allowed a replacement phone.This stupid consultant tells me the phone was booked in with no documents but with the box and it's a contract this is the dumbest thing I've heard.
On Monday the 13th April 2020,I applied for a loan on the FNB app,after 5 minutes it told me it was successful and sent me the quotation of contract confirming the loan amount as well as intrest etc. I then spoke on the secure chat on Tuesday the 14th asking why the money is not reflecting yet, the adviser told me that I would need to wait for 24 to 48 hours for payout. Today being the 15th I called fnb directly to find out what there problem was where I was then advised that there loan was declined. I am extremely upset as I was given a written contract confirming the loan as well as being told to wait for the payout, to then hear it's being declined send recieving no communication of this.
