Claiming I owe them money. Handed me over to NIMBLE but neither Happy Pay or NIMBLE can provide details of when the account was opened, at which store the purchase was made, what was purchased and the date of purchase. Trying to get help and answers but nothing forthcoming. NIMBLE keep referring me to Happy Pay. Both want a selfie of me with my ID and address to continue with the “investigation”.

Cell C are happy to allow fraudulent contracts to be taken out on my name (and debit my account) and after a week of emailing and phoning are yet to issue me with a contract cancellation letter and give me the details of the date, the store and the consultant where this contract was fraudulently taken out. Pathetic is an understatement. Attempts to reach management in the company have been futile. I was assured that after submitting the necessary documentation the matter would be resolved in 24-48 hours. Clearly honouring their word is not a high priority.
