I do not owe them a cent. The app indicates an outstanding balance which was settled long ago. Now they continually trying to debit my account. I’ve sent them email after email, not a single response from them. This is not their first attempt to de***** me of money. They have done it before.
The website is *******. I made payment in time and owe them nothing yet they say I have an outstanding instalment. I have enquired, no response.
I've been enquiring about why my parcel is not being delivered for a while now. And all HIFI CORP agents have been saying it is still within turn around time and offering no further assist while the package lays with the courier company they made service of. No one bothered to actually enquire what could be causing the delay. I took it upon myself to contact the courier company Aramex and they have stated HIFI CORP gave them the wrong contact number so they have been unable to reach me. I must contact their store to rectify, I made use of they chat service and the agent closed with chat without acknowledging my query. I've ordered online from Hifi Corp and I am shocked at the service I've received this time around.
Some last week I enquired about a data sim from Telkom. On Tuesday, 30/04/2024, this week I received a call from Zanele Mashele offering me a quote, concluded everything even sent my ID copy. Today, 03/05/2024, 2 days later I contacted Zanele and requested a cancellation since I've reviewed my financial position and I'm in no position to take a contract. We still in the cooling period but she won't cancel.
I have been waiting for my unisa study material for days now and tracking it constantly as I need to get started with my studies. Today I received a message that my parcel has been delivered to me yet I have not received anything.
3 months later vodacom is still billing me for cancelled insurance. After 3 enquiries and being told the matter will be resolved today I'm told apparently they had a system error and for them to stop billing me I must pay for my canceled insurance and get credited back. These people have been giving me the run around for 3 months now, and they want me to pay for a cancelled service and trust they will pay back my money.
Being charged for a service that was cancelled 3 months ago. When I call I'm thrown from one department to the next.
I have a loan with Capfin that I have been struggling to pay due to being laid off work. I have made payment arrangements with them, my issue is they keeping calling my cousin everyday countless times and she has expressed that she would like them to stop mainly before we don't live together and they can always call me, but they never call me. This has reach a point of harassment. I called them and asked who gave them my cousin number and I would like them to stop calling cause it is an inconvenience to her, they denied harassing and still to this day keep at it. She is even thinking of taking legal actions. This has also caused a problem to our relationship. It is so unprofessional of Capfin.
