What a useless bank
I bought a Flexi cash voucher on April 12 and I was unable to use it because they offer a product and not train Checkers staff, so because no one knew what to do with the voucher, I requested a refund that I was told would happen 7 days after. We're in May now and I haven't heard back, I WANT MY MONEY BACK.3 replies

The only thing they know is surge fees but no assistance
I have been awaiting feedback for 22 mins, my order has been open for over 1hour and now they're not answering their phones. Comes a time to charge surge fees that don't even make sense, they will debit your account. There's no way I have to wait for 30 mins for an escalation. I want my order ??0 replies
