Excellent service from Wendy Maboke at the Mall of Africa store…from the day I went for my skin analysis to date where I still call whenever I need to enquire about something or struggling to find certain products🥹🌸 She’s forever kind and always willing to assist🙏🏾she definitely deserves her flowers.💐

Beauty on Tapp – Fourways Experience I visited Beauty on Tapp in Fourways last month for a skin analysis. The consultation itself was excellent, and the lady assisting me recommended specific products for my skin concerns. I respected her professional advice and asked for the total cost of the products. When I realized I couldn’t afford them all at once, she suggested I purchase half immediately and return for the rest later. This seemed like a reasonable plan, so I bought half of the products. Before leaving, I asked how I would know which products to buy if she wasn’t available next time. She assured me that everything was logged in the system, so I left feeling confident. Follow Up Visit – 17 May 2026 Two days after payday, I drove back to Fourways specifically to purchase the remaining products. Unfortunately, the treatment I received was very disappointing: • The lady assisting me seemed irritated, as though my request was a burden. • I explained my background story and asked for the rest of the products. She told me she didn’t know which ones I was referring to. • When I asked if she could check the system, she said the previous consultant had left two months ago and there was nothing she could do. • After back and forth discussion, she finally recommended a different product, not the one originally suggested. I purchased the product but plan to return it, because I am not confident in the recommendation. What I truly want is the product that was initially advised, since the reasoning made sense and aligned with my skin needs.

Ordered a product online in beginning of December and was told that I would get notification via my phone, never received anything. Then starting querying 2 weeks later and was told I gave them the wrong phone number twice which was definitely not the case and they were very rude. I was then told that the parcel was already on the way back to them and If I want it to be sent again, I would have to pay again. I then requested a refund and was told to wait 5 -7 working days. On the 12 of Jan 26 I had not received the refund and contacted them upon which I was told that they do not have my banking details I must give it to them again. I asked for an email addres and she spelled it for me and I sent the banking details. Upon quering if they had received my email they said no and I asked them to spell the email address again, this time she gave me a different email adress and I sent again. Waited for the refund, nothing, contacted them again on the 26th of Jan and was told they will check with finance and come back to me the same day, nothing yet?

This company does not value their customers.Its only good on social media so don’t be fooled! If I could give this company zero stars I would.What a terrible shopping experience I had.I tried to return a product I have bought 24 hrs prior and they refused.Product was sealed and unused.And they refused to refund my cash .Never spending a dime at this shop!

This company does not value their customers.Its only good on social media so don’t be fooled! Beauty on Tapp Fourways - Most of the product knowledge people come into the shop with is from social media reviews. The staff does not give educated guidence when it comes to specific skin care needs or product choice. They insist 'they don't give preference to any products' which means they take the closest product to the consultant not the best one for the customer need. This is great for the clients who get their products into the store but horrific for customers who come in to a boutique shop looking for specific guidence when it comes to their skin care routine. It should not be said to consumers. It is up Selling. We spent close to R 4 000 in the store just to be told we were using the wrong products for our skin because the previous consultant/ store assistant just picked the first product closest to her when we asked for an eye cream.. I specifically asked for an eye cream that helps with under eye discoloration. Very frustrating but this is also why you would rather go to a dermatologist and buy your products from Clicks, Dischem or online. Very disappointing experience.

This brand does not value or respect customers. Shop at your own risk. The do not have confidence or trust their own Pastry products. Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional consultants. I will never again spend a single cent in a Beaty on Tapp store ever again.

I placed an order on Sunday, I received no feedback about dispatching till Tuesday when I called. Today is Thursday; I called, sent an email, and a DM on twitter to ask to change my address and I received no response. This is literally my last resort

My experience thus far has been extremely disheartening your team has failed to respond to emails, and the overall level of service has been unacceptably poor. At this point, I no longer wish to proceed with any of my current orders. Please cancel order 13250 & 13151 with immediate effect and process any applicable refunds. I regret giving your service a chance, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Thanks
