Unprofessional manager
I got there for the first time with my two kids a 15 year old and a 7 year old.. The manager is full of anger chasing staff around and yelling at them in front of the customer's I was very embarrassed in front of my kids they were feeling so uncomfortable. I have ordered on the MR DELIVERY on the 24th of September order 139.80 I didn't receive my order. The order was canceled by the the shop.. I didn't receive any food.. Was told the money would be in my account yesterday..Later received a debicheck on my account to verify the account which I didn't have any problem with Been calling since yesterday to find out what happened to the PAYOUT... This morning I sent an email with my bank statement to show proof that I have not received any money from them. Got an email that it's been sent to investigation department.im not happy first they said they sent the money the new thing they want proof of my bank statement, next thing there's an investigation. Someone is not doing their job properly mind you I have not even received a call after this whole saga from them. I'm not HAPPY WITH THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE1 reply

Oh wow what a very ****y shady fund that never takes calls nor emails as if they were never prepared for the TWO POT WITHDRAWAL SYSTEM.. App**** on the 6th of September 2024 my status on the App is still at pending since the 14th of October 2024.Today went to the actual office in Berea East London what a disaster seemingly those two ladies don't know what they are doing...I'm not happy with this PENSION FUND @ all ,there's a problem with their soo called Cheap App u can't get to see what you might have captured wrong...They running a Popeye Business I'm sick and tired of their inCompetance0 replies

I have made a payment on the 29th of July 2024 on my FNB LOAN Account, requested a paid up letter and to be updated with the bureau's. I called was told that I should wait for a 14 working day's. I'm still waiting, I don't even have the energy to call them and request for the same thing1 reply
