I ordered a chair yesterday and PAID for next‑day delivery. I was told delivery would happen between 08h00 and 19h00. I stayed home the entire day waiting. After 18h00, I suddenly get told there was a “delivery attempt.” That is FALSE. No one called, no one knocked, no proof of any attempt. To make matters worse, your own website says call centres are open until 19h00 – yet when I tried to call at 18h00, I was told you were CLOSED. That’s misleading and dishonest. I demand: Proof of the supposed delivery attempt A proper apology for wasting my entire day A refund for the “next‑day delivery” fee OR delivery of my chair TONIGHT This is disgraceful service. Hi Usually deliveries are fine, but today has been a mess. DFD316453438 - Food was ready at 14:50. Only flagged on app as collected at 15:10 (Almost 20 min later). App showed as delivered at 15:16 and only arrived a few minutes later. DFD316456464 - Food was ready at 14:50. Flagged on app as collected at 15:18 and delivered at 15:23. Still not here. Called MR D and was asked to wait 15 min for deliver. Currently on their whatsapp and no eply for almost 15 minutes. Really MR D? Regards,

I have been having very poor service with them I places a order 3 time with them and my order has been short very time .i was given coupon for my order but I'm been ask to order for more than my refund and to pay for delivery.

I placed an order with Mochachos Cavendish of which the order was accepted, waited an hour later to have my order then cancelled, when I phoned through to Mr D, I was told the order was cancelled because the restaurant was closed but the operator can see that they are still open, this is also unfortunately not the first time with this Mochachos as well, really unacceptable to receive an order cancelled message after an hour of waiting and then find out that your money has been credited to a Mr D wallet, you should refund it to our bank account so we can use a platform that doesn't cancel orders an hour after ordering.

On 10/05/2026 I ordered food that was supposed to be delivered by fani, he didn't deliver, no call, no massage instead he cancelled my order and said customer not founding had to call the store since they've me earlier. I called Mr D the lady who answered the phone said they will send back money on Mr D I said no cos I no longer trust they will deliver is best my money is sent directly to my account. She promised me R100 and I insisted I want my money back on my account. Is over 6 days now and I haven't received my money. Is really inconveniencing me now cause I have to use the money I never planned to use.
