I placed an order with Mochachos Cavendish of which the order was accepted, waited an hour later to have my order then cancelled, when I phoned through to Mr D, I was told the order was cancelled because the restaurant was closed but the operator can see that they are still open, this is also unfortunately not the first time with this Mochachos as well, really unacceptable to receive an order cancelled message after an hour of waiting and then find out that your money has been credited to a Mr D wallet, you should refund it to our bank account so we can use a platform that doesn't cancel orders an hour after ordering.
Submitted a request for refund on the 15th of January of which I received an auto response stating it will be reimbursed to me within 72 hours, I am writing the review on the 30th of January with not as much as anyone from Discovery contacting or even bothering to reply to the email sent, I have just submitted another claim and I am guessing that this will also go ignored amazing how you will consistently phone to sell a new product, bank account, insurance or whatever else, but when it comes to them paying you back well that will happen in there time because who cares we already have the customers money.... right? If that is not how you operate well it surely doesn't show in how you treat your customers, do you really think I would be interested in any of your other products with this kind of service
After waiting an hour for my meal to be collected, I call through to your call center to be kept on hold for 10 minutes only to be told the restaurant was the hold up, but when my food arrives here its ice cold telling me that the food was waiting for someone to collect it for an hour while it got cold ....
I was interested in having both my vehicles put onto Cartrack, I currently have my wife's vehicle on Cartrack, I had a simple request in my request to be contacted, this was to send me an email with your offers and I will review, I have not received an email however what I have received is multiple phone calls at highly disrespectful times, Sunday evening at 9:30PM, Sunday Morning at 6:30AM, as mentioned I will firstly not be using you for my Cartrack installation but I will also be canceling my wife's Cartrack system at the end of her period which is this month and will be moving across to tracker, I will never wish to speak to any sales person outside of the standard perimeters of working hours, as your call center team advises you work 24 hours a day and I couldn't care less about your working hours what I can care about is being woken up multiple times to someone calling me on anything but working hours
Shocking service received my parcel was meant to be delivered today 28/12/2023 at 11:00AM, I phoned through to DPD and was told it is still on the floor and will only be delivered tomorrow, I have made arrangements to be at home today and planned accordingly, I now have to cancel my plans tomorrow to accommodate you once again.... if you are not going to keep to your times ensure that you notify your customers so we don't waste our time waiting on a parcel that is not even coming on that day

Absolutely apauling service received, I initially placed a notice on my 7 day notice account of which the funds were put on hold and could not withdraw as no one advised me that we need a transactional account, went into the mall of Africa branch to rectify this of which I was advised they do not have the facilities, thereafter went to Absa Alberton of which we opened an account which they then put the incorrect documents and I had to go to the bank again, thereafter the withdrawal was on hold another 3 attempts at the bank to no success, I then had to place the notice again, waited the 7 days it takes to clear which was yesterday and again the funds are on hold, I phoned through to Absa and was transferred from department to department with no success
Absolutely pathetic service, I go online to register a 32 day account and they then tell me someone will be in contact, 2 weeks later without so much as a phone call back... We then go into your Woodbridge bank to open the account and ask a simple question, if we withdraw early what is the penalty and get told that you will only find out when you withdraw so I ask what is the calculation used and I get told we don't know those calculations, so you telling me that if I put in money I will only find out what you are going to charge me when I decide to withdraw, are you people loan sharks that you only tell people what will be charged after the fact, either your staff need training or you as company do
I would like for you to remove me off of your calling list, I am currently in hospital and even after asking your sales people to take me off of your calling list they continue to phone me 4-5 times a day while I am trying to recover, could you do so immediately as I am trying my best not to be ugly to your staff but my patience is running thin.
I seriously wish that the option for zero stars was available as 1 star is far better than the service I have received, from my money not being put into a preserver fund which I was told it was and I had to wait 2 weeks for that.... To me then getting frustrated enough to withdraw my money in which that has been way more fun from being told it would CLEARED in my bank account on Tuesday, when I phoned on Wednesday I was told we need to verify your details, I sent all this through and was told it would be processed to me within 5 days, to phoning again this morning and was told it's now 7-10 days, I am guessing by the next time I have to follow up with you there will be some other terrible attempt at an excuse...
