On 10/05/2026 I ordered food that was supposed to be delivered by fani, he didn't deliver, no call, no massage instead he cancelled my order and said customer not founding had to call the store since they've me earlier. I called Mr D the lady who answered the phone said they will send back money on Mr D I said no cos I no longer trust they will deliver is best my money is sent directly to my account. She promised me R100 and I insisted I want my money back on my account. Is over 6 days now and I haven't received my money. Is really inconveniencing me now cause I have to use the money I never planned to use.
Very pleasant service I received from dis-chem Alberton new market. Assisted by z mafia on 28/04/2026. Am very happy and much better after approaching her with persistan cough that has been through soo many madecation and consultation. M healed and feeling much better. She was kind and willing to assist. Thank yousesy🥰😍.
Netcare alberton,very bd service. My child went there sick accompanied by her dad. Child was done in triage by 14h00, by 16h30 the child with tachy was seen by a doctor after I've called to find out what's the delay. I spoke to one lady don't really remember the name, I leteraly had her telling the doctor that I called, after she asked me if I spoke to the father. Really how would I have known what's happening there if there was no communication. I asked them to leave the hospital since their not getting help. Bad service. I called the on call Sr Abigail, she said she's still attending to the complain she will call me back till to date nothing.
Bad service and empty promises. Found out my delivery address was wrong and was told it will be rescheduled for next day. Waited nothing when I called Tuesday at 9h28 was told it will be delivered the same day latest 16h00.nothing, when I called I was told there's no such. Till to date.
Very poor costumer service I ordered the phone on 02 April 2026 till to date I haven't received it. When I called in the adress is wrong even after correcting them, throne is not what I ordered. Speaking to the agents staff is like their doing u a favour. Everything about my order was wrong nje. But getting money from my account was very quick. And no one, knows what to tell I must now talk to Telekom. Very bad service. I won't advice anyone to use them
17/01/2026 bought a car from suzuki Alberton all was well until 22/02/2026 when the radio went silent and just display suzuki emblem. Took it to the dealership on Monday 23rd, the machinic there said he doesn't know what the problem is, advice I book the car in. Car booked in wensday later yesterday received a call with an option of driving the car without the radio or living the car to be fixed. Now my concern is my car is brand new, not a second hand car. Y am I been compromised nd my comfort and effort of buying a new car not considered. I bought a new car avoiding things like this. Why is changing a radio or fixing it taking long
very poor service,my order was schedule for delivery from 6-9 October, day before i received a whatsapp that my packages is planed for delivery today.7 October.i waited the whole day only for me Sphelo called and i missed the call at 17h46 and i returned the call at 17h51 and said he left since he got no time to west .bro i mean i drove through the gate and i didn't even see the car,no security saw the *** at that time. ****s and rude for business.he even said he doesn't mind coming back tomorrow .i guess because is not his patrol.
Worst fiber ever, this company don't care as long as you've paid. There's no week u go without complain. I wish other networks can be available at sky city. This is nonsense. Is been 3days without network, the nerve to say they can't work because it's raining I mean It only rained yesterday. The problem can't be fixed and is unknown. Yoooh am tired, if you wanna cost your self please use surf4life. Your life will be costy. Yerrrrrrrr
I've had contract but haven't been treated this bad, I remember two years back I went to makro at woodmead, I bought 2 tablet in which I struggled with the other tablets number. I ended up quiting since there was back and forth after trying calling and sending email to fix the problem. I continued paying for the tablet. I knew my contract is ending September this year, after I went to lenasia vodacom shop to find out there's no source of communication with vodacom since I owned the tablet till today. Everytime I had to communicate or find help it will be me calling in or going to the shop. Around October I called in to cancel was told to go to the shop and at the shop was given the number to call, when I call it will be back and forth again. I finally got helped at makro in albarton where I was advices to email councelation department. My contract ended September. The tablets are no nolonger work but their still deducting money from my account, for which contract I don't know. With who's arrangement or agreement I don't know. I remember calling in and one of the consultants told me the don't cancel but upgrade at vodacom, I thought is a joke until I experienced this. Very bad costomer service to them what matters is money coming in. Tell me what am I paying for from October till now.
Absa insurance aspecialy content is a ****, they asked me to move from wer I was to them, now my fridge is leaking, my microwave busted and wen off on me including toaster. I reported the mater to them, they sent an assesser to come and assess is almost a months and they went silent. When I call them they said they can't insure my things and the fridge is not covered becouse the container that supposed to hold water by the cylinder is burned. My house is always in a pool of water couse the fridge is leaking and doesn't keep food worm. I've never complained where I was for years I come to absa couse they promised me a good offer. Am not happy, also have doubt that they won't even pay out the house they forced me to insure with them just becouse they financed it. The other thing their communication is very poor, u report and they keep u waiting as if their doing u a favor. I won't advise anyone to use absa as an insurence.
