Golden Era Group I am very sad to write this comment because on the Hellopeter app you act as if you have assisted me instead nothing was done, you don’t care about your customers especially because you failed me, and you are still continuing to sell vehicles with duplicates vin numbers, Bad bad Golden Era Gezina branch they care about money ONLY 😡😡
WesBank is financing my vehicle, and I have requested them to intervene between myself and the dealership because the dealership sold me a vehicle with duplicates vin numbers, they said they will investigate till to this day they don’t send the response from the dealer, I have reached out to Braiden Govender for feedback via email, he is not responding. I tried to reach him via phone call they said he is in a meeting, and the receptionist said he got the response from the dealer but she is not allowed to forward except Braiden, WesBank is failing me because every month they do receive their full instalment, they don’t care about service as long they’re making money, I think the best to consider other banks that will assist its customers
They sell vehicle that shares vin numbers, I have bought a car with odometer of 9000 and when I take it to service of 45000 I found out that they have captured the other vehicle with the vin number that is the same as mine but different odometers, the mileage of the other is 302443 and I told them that they must sort it out unless they sold me the vehicle that has a reversed mileage instead they decided to service my car and lie to me that they have solved the problem, now I cannot service my car anywhere because on the system its something else Golden Era Gezina, they don’t sell what they say they sell ****mers that can’t take accountability
Very poor service, you wait for their response forever and they focus more based on who is who
Nedbank service is very bad including and their app is useless
I have been with Cartrack for 3 years and served a notice of 21 working days of cancellation instead of them to send a letter of confirmation for cancellation they send overdue notices, and I have received 3 emails from different people in a day after I explained to one of their that I no longer their services but they says I am in a month to month contract, and I cannot deal with the issue of reversing debit orders.
It is a very bad idea to use net nine nine fibre, every month it’s off for few days automatically, and their technicians responds to your query after 4 days, their app is useless even when you want to make a payment you have to call their finance department to send temporary password every month, since they says it’s not possible to change it on your own, I don’t advise anyone to join their service very very bad.
Netstar their service is very bad and the contract endede 03 months back, they never bothered to call to install new device or any upgrade but they expect me to pay. Extremely POOR SERVICE
