NCR Have mercy on me

As I qoute from kholeka mdalisu they say you guys are not working since November they can't remove our name Debt review, you keep saying next week, please assist and clarify or step in and clear us. All we need and beg is to be removed from debt review yes we are owing company but please have mercy on us coz we paid them and they saying you are blocking them. Nothing is done from NCR thus they excuse since I'm not sure is strike or system not working kindly help me and other who have been waiting coz now we get insulted coz you have not done anything yet on our profiles.

clearance compliance 21 Days not 36 Days

My clearance is being ignored—please intervene immediately to enforce compliance. They don't even follow their own regulations about 21 Days once clearance certificate is received to remove you from debt review from your profile. They don't even reply to your emails since 10 February till now 18 March 2026 36 Days later 65 emails were sent ask them to remove me from debt review

Complaint

Why is it even humanly possible for the NCR to just simply be offline for more then a month leaving clients and customers at a dead end. Our lives are literally on hold while nothing is being done to restore your system. Your phonelines are also out of order. No communication what so ever on how long the offline system will endure or plans of restoration.

The NCR cant help me because their systems are down due to a cyberattack... WOW

Utterly pathetic customer service. No Help other than passing me along to someone else or requesting that I email queries or complaints, why cant I be helped on the call? their systems are down due to a cyberattack. I cant for the life of me understand how a company can call you, check confirm a few details with you and then place you under debt review without your consent. I wasnt placed under debt review or atleast im trying to figure out if I was but these people cant seem to help me check. They cant point me to someone who could help me check. I called my bank, the NCR, Transunion, No one can assist me. If this is the level of professionalism we have in industry, then I can see exactly why our beloved country is so rife with crime. The ****** have it easy. its so simple to commit ***** and have no one be none the wiser. I really hope I can get this sorted because the people I get through to dont sound like they deserve to work for a government company with their lack of purpose or professionalism.

Failure by NCR to deal with Capitaldebs sa who is persecuting clients .

I was ****med by capitaldebtsa who subjected me to debt review under false pretence.they took a lot of money from my account .I called the credit regulator but it seemed the matter is not urgent as they said they have a backlog .i don't have money for food every cent was taken by capital debt sa but the matter is treated as normal .they said i must complete a form but i must take note that they have a backlog .who must assist clients to deal with csputaldebtsa since they are a problem indication to many orople

******** debt review listing

NCR had technical issues and listed me under debt review. I've been struggling since 23 January 2026 to get this rectified. I've been completing forms, phoning (not that they answer much) and emailed them with all the proof that I did not apply. Today, 4 March and I am still listed under Debt Review. I'm getting endless phones calls form 3rd parties, wanting to help me. I did not give permission to give my private details to 3rd parties. I had to change my bank account. I am paying for phone calls. And NCR just send automated emails with forms to complete over and over.

NCR disappointment

Nokuthula Sithole attended to my complaint and informed me that NCR does not handle matters of paid up letters that a creditor is refusing to issue. When I phoned to inquire more, she is avoiding me. Everytime I ask for assistance from the NCR, I am told that I can escalate my matter to [email protected] All issues i escalated to this email have never been attend to. The NCR is really a disappointment.
