I lodged a formal complaint with the National Credit Regulator (NCR) regarding the ******** repossession of my vehicle by SA Taxi. To date, I have not received any acknowledgement or feedback on my complaint. After struggling to get a response, I sourced a direct email address from the NCR website and reached out. I was then advised that I need to appoint an attorney. This is extremely disappointing. The NCR exists to protect consumers, especially in cases where credit providers do not follow due legal process. Being told to get an attorney, without any form of engagement or investigation from the NCR, defeats the purpose of having a regulatory body in place. SA Taxi holds multiple NCR registration certificates, yet there appears to be little to no accountability when proper procedures are not followed. As a consumer, it feels like we are left vulnerable and unsupported against large, registered institutions. I am requesting that the NCR: Acknowledge my complaint Investigate the conduct of SA Taxi Provide clear guidance and assistance instead of redirecting me elsewhere Consumers deserve protection, fairness, and accountability.
I am extremely distressed and disappointed with the conduct of SA Taxi. My vehicle was repossessed using a court warrant that should never have been granted in the first place. Prior to the court date, I had already made the required payment. This payment was confirmed both via SMS and telephonically with SA Taxi. I was explicitly told that the matter would be cancelled and that it was not necessary for me to attend court. Unfortunately, it appears that SA Taxi did not act honestly, as the court order was still granted despite payment being made. Later, due to a vehicle breakdown, I missed another payment. However, no Section 129 notice was served before they repossessed my vehicle using that same warrant which should never have existed. This process feels ******** and unfair. I then sought assistance from Legal Aid South Africa. One attorney initially advised they would assist me with a spoliation application and guided me on the required documents. However, the following day I was turned away by another staff member who refused to assist and told me I needed a rescission letter from SA Taxi. I also approached the High Court, where I was told I cannot apply for a spoliation order on my own and must have an attorney, despite my understanding of my rights under Section 34. I lodged a complaint with the National Credit Regulator, but I was told the matter falls outside their jurisdiction and that I must find legal representation. Attorneys I have approached charge fees that I simply cannot afford. This vehicle was our only source of income, and its repossession has placed my family under severe financial strain. I am posting this in the hope that someone—perhaps a legal professional willing to assist pro bono—can help me challenge this situation. SA Taxi, I urgently request: Proof that the court was informed of my payment before the warrant was granted Explanation for proceeding with repossession without proper legal process Immediate assistance in resolving this matter This situation is unjust and has had a devastating impact on my livelihood.
They forever don't have stock and refuse to refund customers their money.They put blame on their supplier and claim to have backlog all the time
Been using their platform with no worries,happy customer till online merchant failed to deliver my order,sent email to advise that they should stop taking money on my account for that order,and stated reason and they advise that the merchant should be the one to cancel and refund me and proceeded with debting my account.Reached out to the Merchant Online car part and they say they don't work with Payflex anymore and they no longer have access to their profile,went back to payflex and they have been investigating for almost a month with no direction of what they investigating instead of processing my money back.
Place and order online after have confirmed with them in regards to how long will it take to process my order and was advise it going to be two days and today we on day 4 and they not answering our calls or advising with any changes
They disconnected my service in January,okay no problem cause I did not pay.Then in March made a full payment of what was due,still they did not reconnect me.I made a query and followed up with them several times,till i was told my metro fiber was canceled i have to start from the scratch,this week i receive statements stating i owe for April and May while on their side it reflect that I am not reconnected,when i ask they forcing me to take their service,keep on sending me to sales department instead of clearing the bill in my account
I have been banking with standard bank, as a small business their my mo business was the best option for my business, recently all my transactions that went through their merchant has not reflected for over 10 business day, and am being told my account is closed, how I don't know and as a small business I need stock n to pay salaries, um currently unable to maintain my business
Bought a Russell Hobbs set on the 25th of April 2022 and following day received email that my order is being shipped and due Date of the delivery was the 06 May 2022. Today is 7th no delivery and when I contact the customer service am being told to be patient, the is nothing that they can do. They can't even trace or communicate with their courier on the dot, worse the courier number don't exist
Bad service ever, it's been 7 days loading and offloading of my parcel, they literally useless and unable to assist, called their call center still they can't even reach their drivers
I have bought a Bosch washing machine on the 27 July 2019,and last year December it stop spinning, and I have sent email to Bosch n their technician came n check n left without doing anything, this year the machine has started to leak black stuff and make loud sound, early March it has stop washing total n send another email till today Bosch has fail to fix my machine, they keep on telling me that they have ordered the part required for the machine it will take 7-14 business days which has passed now. so disappointed by the product and poor service I keep on receiving from Bosch n their technicians
