Bosch Service in Pietermaritzburg Burger Street is not make sure. I was left as an unhappy customer after i took my car for a Clutch repairs, major service and cambelt replacement. they (Brandon - Service Advisor) eventually missed my instruction to replace the cambelt after the car was with them for 2 weeks trying to fix clutch and doing major service which was finalized after asking them for old part, only for them to realize that some of the major service like draining the oil and taking out filters was not completed. I was very furious to see my car being serviced in front of me whereas i was called that the car is ready for collection. I even complained to the Manager who was not helpful to me but he defended his staff. I would not recommend anyone to take their car to that branch. Brandon gave me terrible attitude and lacks communication skills, he is the one who gave me the worst customer service ever.

Bosch meyerton is a reap off and their service is all about robbing people they are charging to fix my vehicle R160 000 a nissan qushqai mind you all the service has been done by them and my warranty cover requested for a diagnostic report and they cant provide that how can l be assisted ?

Bosch service centre in Tokai has always resolved problems on my car that were either caused by other mechanics or missed by them. Today Dylan found that CarTime Tokai left the air intake sensor unplugged and picked up a broken cambelt sensor

I took my car to Bosch service center in Gezina, the car was working fine now after a week of taking it there it started making squeaky sounds now they want R1500 to fix the problem. Choose this workshop at your risk, I wonder how they got RMI approved because many mechanics in the townships are far better than them 🤬

I had my vehicle crashed into another vehicle by the mechanic. I was promised it would be fixed with there insurance and panelbeater. When i got the car back, the mechanic had tried to fix it himself by as they made him pay for it. So things were just melted instead of replaced, cracks in bumper just painted over, bonnet still bent. On top of this, I spent over R40000 getting my car fixed, everything they said they fixed I have had to redo at another mechanic including replace my engine. I have tried to get hold of Bosch head office with no luck. Avoid Bosch at all costs.

I communicated with them they said I should bring the car for a checkup, I asked if they are going to cover that costs of travelling and they didn't reply..so I cannot drive 216km with my petrol for their own faul...I paid for this in full but their works is not complete, I am even wondering how much more they didn't do coz it seems like they have mistakes... I am so angry and if anything happens to my car they will have to pay... You cannot charge me a lot of money and then fail to deliver... Your service is very poor... Even the front desk lady cannot give the feedback very well.. this is disgusting!!!

I have dealt with Bosch Umgeni Rd to fix a turbo, Very poor feedback. Had to keep phoning Charmaine, they charge 3 x the turbo repair specialists who are not on the panel and refuse to negotiate, after charging to strip and check turbo. I had to pay R399 pm for the last 6 months and R1000 to Bosch to release car which was not fixed after 2 weeks. The owner really needs to jack the inefficient service.... my advise if you have a plan C plan, stay away
