Complaints manager Christal Meyer sent me an email to say once off code given to repairer. Car has been sitting over 6 weeks, no feedback since from her. Today in contacting Yonela Silaque in claims matter not approved on system yet, she is chatting with Warranty Manager Michael Dougal to resolve.
I have dealt with Bosch Umgeni Rd to fix a turbo, Very poor feedback. Had to keep phoning Charmaine, they charge 3 x the turbo repair specialists who are not on the panel and refuse to negotiate, after charging to strip and check turbo. I had to pay R399 pm for the last 6 months and R1000 to Bosch to release car which was not fixed after 2 weeks. The owner really needs to jack the inefficient service.... my advise if you have a plan C plan, stay away
Shocking service to onboard my repairer as Bosch Umgeni Road refuses to fix turbo at a reasonable rate which is 3x the amount. Still awaiting feedback from Msure after 5 weeks. Procurement does not allow me to chat directly to resolve as its on email only
Addis mops & replacements are expensive and very costly to replace Feeding replacement mop head is tedious and when the end breaks you have to buy another. When the holding plastic breaks, buy a new mop
Left my Broker to join O/surance with a better rate which was done. Had a claim after 6months approx. Gone 2 months my car has not gone in for repairs as I was at claim stage asked to provide proof of no claim bonus for 5yrs, which I did as I since Outsurance couldn't obtain. Now Lilian at claims has asked for ncb before that. Now I must get proof from Absa, over 5yrs ago as well. Only when I accept a higher premium will they give go ahead for repairs. Don't move over to Outsurance as claim process is tedious, and response times inefficient. Still waiting for feedback from manager and Kuben. Remember!!! Don't go on cover with them until you have proof of ncb. They will hassle you at claim stage!!!
There was a time when there were only smiles and assistance, but now post Covid prices are the highest of all Spars, barring a very few specials. The refuse discarded onto the neighborhood open site has been a sight for sore eyes. Guys it's not only about money, look after the environment, we all need to do this in a very untidy Sa currently. Trucks are still damaging the pavements and messing up the neighboring grass verges. Did not get feedback last time, however will screenshot and send to head office this time
Superstar has some decent specials albeit that specials are not always updated at the till. If you as a customer are not alert, you could be robbed at the till. After all, in these challenging economic time times, post covid and⁶ looting etc the consumer needs every extra cent to pay the exorbitant charges occasionally If we did not have the exact amount, you would not give the goods right? This KwikSpar used to be known for its friendly service, albeit the most expensive prices of all our Spar branches. Recently I have found the tellers to be very unhappy to give change which we use to give to car guards and poor people, as "this will interfere with their cash float for the day" - when doing a cashback transaction. Surely this float can be increased, being mindful of the poor and having made a "killing" during looting last year, with the same exorbitant prices? Thank you Mr Manager for stopping the Spar trucks from parking on my lawn and tearing it up continually in the past, although the kerb stones are still wrecked by the trucks that come in to offload produce at the side stock entrance. Please can you actively refrain from messing up the neighboring field with your excess refuse particularly over the weekend. It's a sight for sore eyes next to our residence. The Westville neighborhood watch has been protecting you during looting, and you have good recognition and awards for your staff. Please give something back to your patrons e.g. better prices and more spar rewards, cheerful smiles again when we ask for change and more importantly take care to "jack up" the unsightly refuse that is discarded onto the neighboring field. If we all do business in a more responsible and hygienic manner Westville will a better place for all. Business for profits only, is not on, if the patrons are at the brunt of poor, inconsiderate service and high prices in this economy - including a bad attitude to the environment!!! I have contacted Student loans Nyameko Standard Bank Kingsmead for an approved application for a commercial loan for my son, 6 weeks gone already and after calling in personally and leaving a message for the manager no response whatsoever. I've had similar experiences with Standard Bank on bond and vehicle finance only to place the business elsewhere. Does your bank get away with such atrocious service as well. High interest rates are the order of the day for banks , what about assisting future professionals with student loans efficiently Standard Bank??? I had to give a 1 star review, should be no star or disaster
