I am happy with the service received. My spritz mop had a defect I also had a problem with my silicone broom however I purchased another broom bt to my amazement they replaced both. Happy customer. Thank you Belinda stroebel..

Addis Mops better but catches and holder mot durable
Addis mops & replacements are expensive and very costly to replace Feeding replacement mop head is tedious and when the end breaks you have to buy another. When the holding plastic breaks, buy a new mop
