Shocking workmanship
I have been trying to understand why my car is running so badly after the service type of work done by CarTime Tokai. They ran a diagnostic and it didn't pick up anything according to them. Yesterday Bosch service centre in Tokai ran a diagnostic. The air intake sensor and the cambelt sensor came up. They found the air intake sensor UNPLUGGED and a plastic bit on the cambelt sensor broken which contributed. They also did not correctly fit a stabiliser link and the first time I collected the vehicle it wasn't running on all cylinders. The mechanic's response was that it felt better to him than when I brought it in

Amazing service and knowledge of vehicles
The people at Springfield have become like family. I have a difficult vehicle to understand what is wrong, we had some issues troubleshooting it, but the outcome was a absolute satisfaction. I have even taken my car there for them to help me with other issues after almost getting stuck on the way to work. I admire each one there and I smile every time I drive past there. Thank you to everyone there

Amazing service
Bosch service centre in Tokai has always resolved problems on my car that were either caused by other mechanics or missed by them. Today Dylan found that CarTime Tokai left the air intake sensor unplugged and picked up a broken cambelt sensor

Shocking service from Pick n Pay online
I tried to order directly from Pick n Pay because there was a particular item that I wanted which was not delivered via Mr D. I kept a watch so that I could cancel the order if the item wasn't available. No cancellation was available so I blocked my account. Shocking service

Excellent customer service from Creative notions
Creative notions sewing machine repairs, suppliers in Herm****, Sandbaai area. They are so helpful and supportive. I WhatsApp them questions and they guide me on how to troubleshoot problems that I have as a beginner to sewing. Everyone is great

Excellent customer service
I have always found The courier guy excellent. My first delivery being a car boot lid that wasn't expensive to bring from Harrismith to Cape Town. This week I had an urgent delivery for fish pond chemicals that the supplier did not arrange as priority. I suspect after my phone call to The Courier Guy to ask if they could possibly assist in getting the delivery to me urgently so that I didn't lose fish, the delivery arrived the following day. I think this is the best courier company in South Africa. I am personally always relieved when I see that they are doing the delivery as I have confidence in their services. Thank you to The Courier Guy for being reliable

Way and beyond service from TAH animal hospital
I think we can all be grateful to have such a caring place to take our pets to for emergency treatment. What would happen if we didn't have a professional, knowledgeable team to help us at our darkest hours. Thank you so much for helping us through difficult times and yesterday for emergency surgery on my precious Piper after dog bites. And we could take her home the same day. No words can describe my gratitude, at a terribly traumatic time for our family
