I went to Bosch in Durban Umbilo road for a normal car service, their quote was ridiculously expensive than the major service that I did last year, few days after the service I discovered that theres no coolant in my coolant tank so it means for a couple of days I have been driving that car with no water ... I communicated with them they said I should bring the car for a checkup, I asked if they are going to cover that costs of travelling and they didn't reply..so I cannot drive 216km with my petrol for their own faul...I paid for this in full but their works is not complete, I am even wondering how much more they didn't do coz it seems like they have mistakes... I am so angry and if anything happens to my car they will have to pay... You cannot charge me a lot of money and then fail to deliver... Your service is very poor... Even the front desk lady cannot give the feedback very well.. this is disgusting!!!
I called telkom yesterday blacklisting the phone that I lost, till now I have never received any form of assistance and its not the first time they fail to assist me now i do not have a phone and i cannot claim because i dont have na ITC and i use this phone for important staff now i cant do anything coz i do not have a phone…
