Can someone from Vodacom please explain to me, how I can do an order and have it processed on the 02/04/2026. This is for a iPhone Air 512GB. Dear Clair your quotation has been processed 5-36180570556943. Use the order number 5-36180570558985 when contacting Vodacom Customer Care on 082 135 for further enquiries. This was ordered online with a consultant, who advised on this phone for the upgrade. This agents name is Zinhle. Your order has been successfully processed. Our courier partner will send you your waybill tracking number via SMS - Vodacom :) I have then been sent 3 of these messages via SMS. I also have the waybill number K-5278747 I then contacted into the call centre today to be told that there is no stock and this phone is end of life. No communication from Vodacom that my order is cancelled, it took me to phone in and find out what is going on. 1) I want to know, how did the agent sell me a phone that was no longer available? 2) How I got a waybill number? 3) How I am not getting this phone now? I fully understand I am a small customer who doesnt spend alot of money with Vodacom, but I have been a client of Vodacom for over 27 years and I have reached my limit with Vodacom. The agents response is to just sell me another phone and spend a higher premium every month. I will be cancelling with Vodacom and moving to another provider, but I still want answers.
I had my vehicle crashed into another vehicle by the mechanic. I was promised it would be fixed with there insurance and panelbeater. When i got the car back, the mechanic had tried to fix it himself by as they made him pay for it. So things were just melted instead of replaced, cracks in bumper just painted over, bonnet still bent. On top of this, I spent over R40000 getting my car fixed, everything they said they fixed I have had to redo at another mechanic including replace my engine. I have tried to get hold of Bosch head office with no luck. Avoid Bosch at all costs.
I have dealt with this company during the week. They are definitely running a scam. They have all the websites and telephone numbers, emails and documentation, everything looks legit, until you pay the money then suddenly they stop answering calls and messages. I have contacted police and made a case. Luckily I kept all communication as well as the people involved details, names surnames and profiles. If anyone else has experienced this with the above company I urge you to make a case with the police so we can stop them before they do it to other people. Please avoid this company at all costs.
I would like to just inform you of the rude approach and terrible customer service of a staff member at your Springs mall Branch. Not only is she not able to greet people but is also confrontational. MTN will never receive my business again.
