RCS is owing me a refund of R17,000.00 and they are refusing to pay me back, then I odge a complain with NCR, which is taking for ever

I had and stil have a problem with RCS, Reported the case with National Credit Regulator in 2023 this is the reference number with NCR: Petrus Sozabile Mathebula (ID NO.6812215340086) // RCS Card (NCRCP38) Ref no: C59468

I have been calling, emailing, they have not resolve my case, they are not returninig my calls. Everytime my case is been handled by a different person, they do not update me.

I suspect the person who was handling my case before, was bribed by RCS as he was draging his feet when handling the case, he was reluctant and biased in favour of RCS.

I jist want a closure on this case its been very long
