I had and stil have a problem with RCS, Reported the case with National Credit Regulator in 2023 this is the reference number with NCR: Petrus Sozabile Mathebula (ID NO.6812215340086) // RCS Card (NCRCP38) Ref no: C59468 I have been calling, emailing, they have not resolve my case, they are not returninig my calls. Everytime my case is been handled by a different person, they do not update me. I suspect the person who was handling my case before, was bribed by RCS as he was draging his feet when handling the case, he was reluctant and biased in favour of RCS. I jist want a closure on this case its been very long

I wrote to the NCR, having a problem with the creditor RCS, RE: Petrus Sozabile Mathebula (ID NO.6812215340086) // RCS Card (NCRCP38) Ref no: C59468. I am under debt review and the company that was handling my debt review, kept on paying RCS even after we received the paid up letter. R19'000.00 is the extra money paid into RCS, I requested a refund & they only re-imbursed me R1500.00,they still owe me R17'500.00. I wrote and complained at NCR on the 23 September 2023, never got help. launched an internal complain last year (2025) nothing not even acknowledgement of receipt. I gave NCR all supporting documents but I am still not helped todate
My parcel from TEMU CHINA(Z3005351807), arrived in SA on the 27-12-2025, Fast Way has not delivered yet, today they send me a message that: they cannot locate my place 49 Schreiner Street, Ext 73 Groblerpark. Nobody phoned me, just email treads. I called their (011)9742845 it kept me online talking to the automated machine for 2hour. I manage to speak to the Edward 0832245008, he was nonchalant and not helpful at all

I have been requesting statements from FNB Legal Department from last year November 2024 and I am still waiting for them to date. I can't logon onto the FNB system as my account are handed over to HP Attorneys. I have been requesting this statements, I went inside three Branches: West Gate, one opposite Carlton Centre and the Horizon and called FNB Legal from there but still no statement I need to reconcile my payments as I am on debt review and the HP Attorney generated statements differ from my last FNB statement and payments made so far but FNB drag their feed to send me much need statement, really 5 months waiting for the statement. I have emailed, called everyday but still nothing, this is appaling service
Rethabile Mahlangu works for Finwell, she has been handling my account and I am very happy with her service. She is courteous and goes and extra mile to make sure that I am offered a satisfactory customer service. I am very impresed by her professionalism
