You request help and absolutely none of the emails get answered or phones. Really no good service at all.

Try to get a paid up letter on a credit card I had sux years ago, you get transferred from one department to another with no one able to help and no referencenumbers or anything. Even online email addresses don't help no one gets back to you, other bank assisted quickly but not ABSA. Really pathetic customer service.
Requested my father to go purchase a couple of spares for me at goldwagen vereeniging. The dog of a sales person there was not helpful at all and made him feel like a total idiot until he told them just to leave it and walked out. Not the first time I to do with them and their ****ty attitude and would not recommend anyone to go there. If the manager of this branch really cares for the customer he would do something about these bunch of dogs at his counter.
