Bought the Rome chest of drawer and the drawers started falling out within 3 weeks of the purchase.Sent an email about my complaint but they refused to assist and told me their furniture does not have warranty. I will no longer be purchasing anything from them anymore.

I bought a washing machine at Fair Price Thorntree complex in Soshanguve on the 4th of February 2025 and the consultant who was helping me, Emmanuel said that the machine has 2 years repairs warranty. Today the machine is broken and I went to the store with the receipt and they told me that the machine only has 1 year warranty and that they fired Emmanuel because of such things. I don't understand how is that my business that their consultant was selling lies to the customers and the receipt is written 2 years repairs warranty. Just because they fired him they say they will not help me because it was the consultant fault.

I brought a couches at fair price in mamelodi square.the couches were broken I called them the same day couches arrived, they told me that they will come to take them. but since then they didn't bother ,I even called them so many time they didn't take my matter serious till today

Dear Fair Price Team, Good day. I trust this email finds you well. I am writing regarding the cancellation of my brother’s layby due to financial constraints. Since he was unable to provide his banking details for the refund, I provided mine. We were advised that the refund would be processed and reflected in the account by this Tuesday. However, the supervisor at Fair Price Jabulani was dismissive and unwilling to assist, asking my brother many questions about not having a bank account in his name. Our mother is unwell, and we are unable to continue with the layby. We kindly request that Fair Price assist us by processing the refund as promised today, as we need to travel urgently to support our sick mother in KZN. Additionally, we seek clarification on the turnaround time (TAT) for refunds, as we were only informed of it upon inquiry and found no mention of this policy on your website. Were we simply advised of the TAT to send us away, or is this the standard refund procedure? Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter. I bought a l Shape couch from Fair Price Alberton, couches delivered late at night, next day noticed the manager of the store and ask for WhatsApp pictures. Top L shape sponge was collected with poor quality and never got back. Now the arm rest is sagging and didnt send another video and no response. Im shocked by the poor quality of the coaches and regret why I bought the couch. They must just come collect it and give me refund for it.
