I bought a l Shape couch from Fair Price Alberton, couches delivered late at night, next day noticed the manager of the store and ask for WhatsApp pictures. Top L shape sponge was collected with poor quality and never got back. Now the arm rest is sagging and didnt send another video and no response. Im shocked by the poor quality of the coaches and regret why I bought the couch. They must just come collect it and give me refund for it.
Terrible experience and we only started with the company. Took a wifi router from them promised me delivery Tuesday 30th July 2024, call the company following up delivery and it's not yet dispatched. None of the consultants does know what's happening, I'm very frustrated and should have taken this Mtn wifi router, they promised me quick delivery just to get the sale. Terrible service from Mondo.

It's 10 days now having an issue with my dstv router, none of the consultants does know what's happening. I have called numerous times and even on the chat site it's maybe the 34th time asking them to unlock the sim. Seems like dstv doesn't car about their clients and do regret why I took this dstv router. It's month end soon and do have to pay for this router whilst I struggling with it. Dstv Internet Routers the worse ever ***, it's been 7 days contacting dstv about the sim which locks itself apparently due to I do change locations. I go to work and the wifi router is always and home but they saying I do change locations. Call center is unable to help me for 7 days and so dam frustrated bcz I'm paying for someone which isn't working. Dstv consultants are inexperienced & zero customer service. Don't even go for dstv internet routers, they are useless and ul regret it. Dstv doesn't take its customers seriously
2 months in a row Showmax has billed me double for January and February, did speak to one of the consultants for refund nothing until today. Dam pathetic service after sending numerous emails.
My contracted ended last year and still deducting and adding interest. Complained last given a settlement and took months for them to update account. I recommend no one uses there service because their is *********** and seems like a **** getting money out of people.
I called in severally because they billing me double for November and December 2022 for my dstv subscription and stupid router. Called in and none of the agents has a explanation to this, since when does multi choice does Bill you for two months. I waited for the call since the agent mentioned that the manager will call me back, days later they have closed my dstv and can't view. I'm suppose to pay the penalty and also double subscription. Multichannel is very useless and so ****ed off.
Was retrenched at work couldn't manage to pay the account, recently they gave me a call saying that I owe R2107.44 and an addtional R1800 to be de registered from ITC black listing, and few days after i told them i wont pay that R1800 because its unlawful and asked in which NCC is it they now became clever and added R1800 to the amount now R3908, only after I told them on whatsapp im not going to pay it. You cannot be ripping people off like it, I'm so ****ed off.
open up at contract at Cell C Germiston for a Samsung s10+, it was April 2019, paid the contract very well until last year March 2020 when I got retrenched. Got retrenched in March and was unable to pay the account so I went to the closest Cell C store in Voslorus after getting retrenchment letters in July. I kindly explained the whole situation and the lady told me it’s pointless to send the letters since Cell C doesn’t have a policy that if you are retrenched the debt is wiped off. My question was how do I pay for an account whilst my not working and she said that she doesn’t know. Left the store and went home, surprisingly Cell c is still charging me for my monthly premium. The contract end April 2021 but still they still adding money for the contract which ended, I’m so ****ed off and wouldn’t recommend anyone taking a contract with Cell C. Last month I went to a Cell C branch in Alberton, explained to the lady there and she mentioned she can’t help and we both called Cell C customer service. Spoke to a lady there and explained that the contract ended April which was 2 full years I signed up for and the contract is over, she said that I can’t cancel it because I still owe money. What the hell does that make sense. Contract ended April 2021 but still continue because I’m owing how is that possible, where else I don’t get the benefits. I want to cancel the contract and 1 year later I still cant. None of the branches and call centre can assist. I’m disappointed by the shocking service from reputable big company like Cell c. My life is a complete nightmare because of Cell C.
