I bought a washing machine at Fair Price Thorntree complex in Soshanguve on the 4th of February 2025 and the consultant who was helping me, Emmanuel said that the machine has 2 years repairs warranty. Today the machine is broken and I went to the store with the receipt and they told me that the machine only has 1 year warranty and that they fired Emmanuel because of such things. I don't understand how is that my business that their consultant was selling lies to the customers and the receipt is written 2 years repairs warranty. Just because they fired him they say they will not help me because it was the consultant fault.
I have a contract with multichoice where they gave me a wifi router and explorer decoder on compact package. I no longer want the contract. I asked multichoice dstv to cancel the contract and they said I need to pay R3168 and after that I will own the router and decoder and the contract will be canceled. I paid that amount and still the contract was not canceled. I called them again to enquire and they said that the money I paid was juts for outstanding fees(which I did not understand) and they said I still need to pay R4299 to have the contract canceled, because I want nothing to do with multichoice anymore I paid the R4299 ( in a space of 5 days after having paid the R3168) I then received a call from them saying they are canceling the contracts but to my surprise I receieve an sms saying I have app**** and paid for a package upgrade AFTER HAVING TOLD THEM THAT I WANT ALL CONTRACTS INCLUDING ANY SUBSCRIPTION OF ANY KIND IN MY NAME WITH MULTICHOICE CANCELED!!! I then called multichoice and explained what happened, they checked and said no contract have been canceled and I still have active services with them. I also asked them to update my ITC which they have not done after paying over R7000 to have my contracts and any subscriptions canceled with them. Please help
These people sent me an email about an account that was opened in 2009 and was prescribed, 14 years later they say I owe Nashua Mobile. What they are doing is ******* and ********* as ws told that the account has prescribed 10 years ago and no one has ever contacted me about this account only for them to send me an email today, they are desperate for business!!
On the 6th of September I paid R300 towards my game account via online payment. The money went out of my bank account and when I check on their Game store app it said paid then a day later is said "reversed" but the money never paid into my account. I went to the store with my bank statement to complain. The lady who was helping me was also surprised because this affects my credit rating too. She put me on call with the financial department and they asked me to send my bank statement through to them and I did and they said they will fix but to date they still have not fixes it and they keep calling saying I did not pay my monthly fee. They have instead added call fees, interest, letter fees! I feel like I have been ****** !!!
I have had this phone account with blue label connect from 2017 and as far as the law goes the contract has prescribed but I have been getting calls from Alliance Call Centre services who says I owe Blue label, so in December 2022 and January 2023 I paid R480 and the debt never reduced so I asked d then to give me a settlement discount and they said they don't give discounts. In September 2023 I paid R400 and emailed them proof of payment and asked them to send me my statement so that I know how much I owe but they never rep**** to my emails and welhen I called I get told that the person in charge of my account is nit available they will give him a massage to call me back but never once did I receive his call.

I bought a bedroom suit at Barnetts furniture Soshanguve in 2010 March and in September same year I lost my job, I communicated with them but December 2010 they came to repossess the bedroom suit. Now when I check my credit profile they have listed me that I owe them R8000+ , how dare they say I pay for the bedroom suit that they took from my house? Good morning My mame is Marwale Phahlamohlaka and my id number is ********** 829087. My adress is 166 Block IA Soshanguve 0152. I bought a copule of appliances at Bears Mabopane Central City. One of those being a Russell Hobbs 13kg washing machine. I am still paying for the machine through Debt counselor. The machine has a problem now and does not drain water. I called Bears Mabopane and spoke to Sbusiso and he said that they do not logde complains telephonically i must come to the store. I toll a day off at work and went to the store and Pinky lodge the reapir complain. She said she will call me the following day and also the technicians will call me the following day but to tjis day i have heard nothing from either. I called Bears and Pinky just said she will get back to me but still waiting. Is this how Bears treat it's customers? I am not happy at all. These people keep taking my airtime even when I unsubscribe they come and take R10 every week and to date they have taken R20. I called their office( ********** 472) and requested a refund of my airtime and they gave me an email ********** but they still have not refunded me and instead they continue taking my airtime.
