Dear Fair Price Team, Good day. I trust this email finds you well. I am writing regarding the cancellation of my brother’s layby due to financial constraints. Since he was unable to provide his banking details for the refund, I provided mine. We were advised that the refund would be processed and reflected in the account by this Tuesday. However, the supervisor at Fair Price Jabulani was dismissive and unwilling to assist, asking my brother many questions about not having a bank account in his name. Our mother is unwell, and we are unable to continue with the layby. We kindly request that Fair Price assist us by processing the refund as promised today, as we need to travel urgently to support our sick mother in KZN. Additionally, we seek clarification on the turnaround time (TAT) for refunds, as we were only informed of it upon inquiry and found no mention of this policy on your website. Were we simply advised of the TAT to send us away, or is this the standard refund procedure? Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter. I am extremely not happy at all with the service at bedzone..... I was approved for credit.... I chose the bed only to find out there is no stock of the bed why was I not told before hand and I could have opted for another bed.... I call with my own airtime and WhatsApp the sales lady only for her to ignore as she has no say now regarding the availability of the bed my I need help asap I didn't want it to end here I know I am not purchasing the bed cash but value for money goes a long way of the bed ain't available give me options but not an option that I will be vetted again to damage my credit score bedzone vereeniging hear my cry
Mr price called me only once Monday I missed their call and still no call no email no feedback what so ever and still I have not paid so where does this leave me I regret the day I signed up with you
I logged a complaint on this platform, my payment was due today but I haven't paid as I stated that I will not be able to afford the insurance which I requested cancelation in may.... So now what must I do as an email was sent to me to make payment of my monthly installment including insurance... No one from Mr price has called as per communication stating thaf I will be call... We now 29 min to July I need a way forward as I will be heading to the consumer obadsman with this issue
I sent Mr price an email on the 7th of May 2024,as I requested cancelation of the insurance I had with them I paid for it last month which I did not mind, checked this month my account still had insurance I have cancelled last month I am having difficulty with my finances and can not afford to pay for insurance, as per another email I sent this month.... I was called by an agent from Mr price who assured me insurance is canceled and I will not pay for it she assured me and said she will sms me to show that the insurance will be cancelled I did get it now to my surprise I still see insurance added to my bill I will not pay for it as I don't have the money so I don't know where they think I will get it.... Please assist as this is really affecting me...

Still no help from Multichoice I got 2 missed calls from them still no call back from them call me at 12 today or I will cancel my services with you I am still not able to go to live chat or view dstv now on any handset
I have a really bad experience now I am unable to log my complain as well now on the live chat... My channels on dstv now are not showing on all platforms I login to dstv now and I am unable to see all my channels I pay for compact or is it because I pay less and that's why I'm getting no value for my money I am really unhappy I was able to view for a few hours yesterday I was assisted via live with steps which are not being successful please assist if not u lost a customer
I was called and advised that my application was successful and the money should reflect during the course of the day but till now nothing has come through please help
