I had a Sportscene acc which DMC bought and claims that I signed a suspension of payment due to u/e yet i am working even the signature on that document that was sent to me is not mine, u really need to teach your agent Ethics of Debt collection because that is ***** even the day your Agent claims it was signed i was at work

I am raising a concern regarding DMC’s handling of my African Bank account prescription letter. - On initial contact, DMC advised that the matter would be resolved within 14 working days. - Today, after following up, I was informed that the case is still under investigation and could take up to a month. - This contradicts the original timeframe provided and creates unnecessary delays in my debt review clearance process. I have already comp**** with all requirements and submitted supporting documents. Extending the investigation beyond the promised 14 days is unreasonable and impacts my ability to obtain my clearance certificate (Form 19) from NDC. I request that DMC honour their original commitment and provide a clear, definitive resolution date. Transparency and adherence to timelines are critical in matters affecting consumers’ credit records.

Matidze Thivhadini from DMC called me pretending to be a courier and with a package to deliver. When my husband went to get the Package she **** about having she refused and insisted in me coming to her. My husband explained to her that I was unable to walk due to my current health condition as I'm suffering from cancer and in a critical condition but she forced me out. She then sent my husband away and refused to leave unless give her my banking details. I had a loan with African Bank that has long been prescribed and I have no agreement with DMC. That woman is a **** and she harassed me and my family with the other man she came with. My safety is compromised now that she called my relatives in search for my address and I don't think it is legal to come to my home to threaten and harass me.

After numerous requests for my overpayment that DMC magically wrote off - asking for it to be allocated to my other account . Still no overpayment allocated . I will not be making any payments unless my overpayment credit be allocated as that is my money and I still can't believe why DMC would just write it off. What happens to all the overpayments clients makes? Good day Please find attached proof of payment for account 40175651 - PAYJUSTNOW. After numerous requests for my overpayment that DMC magically wrote off - asking for it to be allocated to my other account . Still no overpayment allocated . I had a loan with African bank, the loan was closed as it was prescribed in 2023. DMC reponed the loan and now they said they will send a summon to court. I have no agreement with DMC, no contract with them. Why are they still calling me and demanding money.

Dmc should stop ****ming consumers nd harassment, I had an account with truworths and Sportscene and they are both Prescribed as from the 17th of May nd they are still busy harrasing me, nd claimed that they called me on the 079 number of which I never used nd they can't provide the call recording I have been requesting it from Feb

Hi guys, thank you so much for assisting me with my previous complaints and issuing my letters, just one more thing, though can you please respond to experian in regards to Ref 37112692 I logged a dispute on my credit report and they haven't done anything yet, their excuse is that you guys are not responding to their investigation in regards to the account, please do respond, and if you have responded please let me know so that I can hold them accountable.
