DMC WRITING OFF OVERPAYMENT CREDITS!
After numerous requests for my overpayment that DMC magically wrote off - asking for it to be allocated to my other account . Still no overpayment allocated .
I will not be making any payments unless my overpayment credit be allocated as that is my money and I still can't believe why DMC would just write it off. What happens to all the overpayments clients makes?

Been sending numerous emails to their helpdesk email and yet still no help!!
