I cannot speak highly enough about Finfix and their incredible team, but a very special mention must go to Schanri Redgard. Navigating the Form 19 process felt overwhelming at times, and there were moments when I genuinely wanted to give up. What made all the difference was Schanri’s unwavering patience, kindness, and understanding throughout the entire journey. I recently app**** for Debt review at FinFix. I was fortunate to be assisted by a lady named Suenique. This was the most beautiful soul I've ever met through a "Customer Service Desk". I'm amazed and blown away by the professional service this lady has delivered. She is the epitome of Client Centric. The process was quick, smooth and simple. I've been kept updated via email, whatsapp or telephonically as to where the process ended for the day and where it will resume the next. Currently, I feel like royalty due to the respect and professionalism shown by the staff at FinFix. Poor assistance / feedback
I contacted our Finfix consultant yesterday regarding a problem which we are encountering. She was very helpful but could not assist with our oroblem and then informed me that she had sent a email to the department who could assist and ensured me that they will be in contact shortly. 24 hours later and still NO assistance. After me explaining the importance of our problem, it seems as though FinFix has no intention of even trying to help find a solution. Should I take our business to a different company?
