Please help me. I have been dealing with capital legacy since 2023, been requesting that they cancel their unauthorized policy and refund my money. At times they refund me but their deductions against my salary doesn't stop. The last refund was around april/may 2025 but to date they are still debiting. Please cancel the unauthorized policy against my name. I don't even know what i am paying for nor what the policy is about.

I cancelled my policies and debit orders with both MiWay Life and Cap Legacy, yet deductions are still being taken from my account for different amounts that I do not recognise or understand. At this point, I do not even know how many active deductions are still going through because there have already been multiple unauthorised debits. I have called several times to resolve this matter and was even assisted by an agent named Tumelo (Tumi) about two weeks ago, who confirmed that the cancellations were requested, I also spoke to Sibonelo on mail that doesn't respond. Despite this, the deductions continue. In the meantime, money continues to leave my account unnecessarily, which is extremely frustrating and financially stressful. What makes this worse is the lack of clear communication and accountability. No one has properly explained what these deductions are for, why they are still active after cancellation, or when they will finally stop. This experience has been disappointing and exhausting. Customers should not have to repeatedly fight to stop deductions after formally cancelling policies and debit orders. I have been tasked to do my late brothers esate, this was my first experience with Capital Legacy and I hope the last time...it has been 2 weeks since he has past and to date, no payments was done as indocated when the policy was taken out...I will definitely not make use of them in future nor recommend them to anybody

I am writing to follow up on my application for the Education Protection Cover. I have gone through the full application process on two separate occasions, including medical assessments conducted by your appointed nurse, however I have not yet received any feedback or update regarding the outcome of my application. Last year, I completed the required assessments but did not receive any formal communication confirming whether my application was approved or declined. This year, I again completed all required steps, including a nurse visit for blood tests and other checks, but I have still not received any update. I would appreciate it if you could kindly provide me with a written update on the current status of my application, and if a decision has been made, please also advise the reasons for the outcome. Clear communication would be greatly appreciated as it will help me understand the process and next steps.
