26 May 2026, 17:25One month ago, my husband passed away, and Capital Legacy was informed of his passing immediately. Two weeks after the funeral, we attempted to contact Capital Legacy after receiving an email from their office, but no response. We left several messages and repeatedly tried to contact Camilla, but received no feedback. We then contacted the Capital Legacy office directly to ask for assistance. One staff member informed us that Camille was unavailable, while the other advised that she was on sick leave. We received different explanations and still no communication from anyone. After a long delay, someone eventually contacted me and an appointment was arranged one month after my husbands passing. Iwas then referred to Jacques Liebenberg, who took down my details but since then I have heard nothing further. I have also tried contacting him to find out where matters stand but I have not received any response. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience during an already very difficult time for me based on the poor service and lack of communication I have received I would unfortunately not recommend Capital Legacy to anyone I would appreciate urgent feedback regarding my matter and update on the process of my husbands claim.
