I would like to sincerely thank Dikeledi Seripe for the exceptional assistance she provided with my policy updates. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly efficient. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with confidence, and ensured that the entire process was smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was her dedication to excellent customer service and her willingness to go the extra mile to make sure all my updates were handled correctly and promptly. It is rare to come across someone so committed.

RS FINANCIAL SERVICES IS PATHETIC WITH THEIR COMMUNICATION AND SERVICES
I signed with RS Financial Services in September 2023..and they have been debiting my account since then up until April 2024. I then requested to cancel the mediation as my creditors were then calling and wanting to garnish my salary. Every month they would call you to remind you of payment but when I have a problem the telephone numbers given are either not working or just rings. On numerous occasions I asked why I can't get hold of them when they call me, all they would say the their numbers are working..I then emailed [email protected] to cancel..she rather emails the creditor wanting to know why they want to garnish..I emailed her twice to confirm receipt of my cancelation NO RESPONSE. In May 2024 they could not debit me because I started a new job and paydate changed..NOBODY CALLED TO ASK WHY IN ORDER FOR ME TO CONFIRM THAT THEY CANCELED (BEARING IN MIND I CANT CALL THEM) and I have already made my own arrangements with my Creditors. June 2024 because my paydate was over weekend money comes in and RS FINANCIAL SERVICES DEBITS ME R3000 after my Creditors also debits me.....I struggled to try and get hold of them as I need the money because I have nothing in my account to survive for the month of July...I cannot dispute the debit order as they mandated it...I NEED MY R3000 IN ORDER TO FEED MY FAMILY.. THEY ARE PATHETIC WITH COMMUNICATION...I spoke to a lady from RS LEGAL of which RS FINANCIAL SERVICES is a client of theirs and she then emails them to contact me...she emails [email protected] and [email protected](another manager who never responded to any of my emails) for them to contact me..STILL NOTHING...I NEED RS FINANCIAL SERVICES TO REFUND MY R3000 IN CANCEL MY MEDIATION CONTRACT.. They are unprofessional when it comes to liaising with clients!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
