I had placed an online order of 3 items from Adidas but only received two items from my package and when I wrote to them and called them they tell me they had reviewed the cameras and confirmed all of my items were packed at their warehouse and they cannot help me any further mind you I had already paid for my items an amount of R2000. The pictures they sent me from their footage are blurry they don't even show that the package has my details. I must say I was really disappointed that a big company with well respected reputation treats it customers like that.

Kindly note that my daughter ordered a Mother’s Day gift for me online, which was delivered on 29 April. A return was logged on the very same day. To date, we have still not received any feedback regarding when the item will be collected. No one has contacted us, and today is already 8 May. We were also informed via chat that we are unable to return the item in-store for a refund. Please advise urgently on what steps we should take, as my daughter is underage and we are concerned that, due to the delay in collection, she may lose her money through no fault of our own. Online Store Adidas is not reliable,twice now that I bought items that were on sale and never got them,first time I was refunded two weeks later after I didn’t receive the item,second time I bought Manchester trainer shirt,and I received Olando pirates jersey and this was two weeks later,I returned the item and still no response and it seems like I will be refunded again maybe two weeks later again

I would like to raise my concern. I bought spezial sneaker burgundy colour, mid March 2026. I wanted samba burgundy colour snake side but there was no size. I ended up taking the spezial leather sides and suede in front and the back, however, the colour of the suede is not strong enough and doesn't compliment the leather sides which the burgundy is very strong. Everytime I'm wearing them it's like an old sneaker and I paid R2199. I'm not happy I feel I wasted my money

I purchased a pair of tekkies from totalsports in December 2025. It's been four months now and there is a tear in the shoe. I've been to the store and the manager advised that it is wear and tear. Is this really the quality of Adidas. I paid R1500 for a pair of shoes to only last me 4 months that's ridiculous and then the customer service sucks on top of it. Yes shoes don't last forever but surely u would think with a brand name it will last longer? I lost faith in Adidas and I feel I would not be purchasing another pair and also definately not from totalsports as well

I purchased and item 20/02/2026 using the Adidas App. Goods were delivered 23/02/2026 and unfortunately did not fit me. I immediately did a request for return in the app. Goods were collected for return 24/02/2026. Credit note issued 26/02/2026 To date, however, no money in my account. Email from Adidas, promising that my money will be in my account on 18/03/2026. - NEVER HAPPENED I then had to prove that I did NOT receive the money by providing bank statements, TWICE. And I just had to accept that I must wait out the refund turnaround time AGAIN! Email from Adidas dated 30/03/2026 - "We can confirm that your refund was issued on 26/03/2026. Refunds are always processed back to your original payment method. Typically, it takes between 3 - 14 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, though this duration can vary depending on your bank's internal processing times" 26/03/2026 – 17/04/2026 = 14 business days Still no refund. Can you just please give me my money back!!

Ive bought a pair of adidas rs15 pro rugby boots on 8 october 2025 adidas centurion mall doesnot want to exchange the product say that the 6 month warranty is over and it is normal wear and tear ive spoke to adidas centurion mall manager on the 6 of april because i could not go to shop iam 800 kilos away from shop so if normal wear and tear looks like that for a pro boot ill never buy from adidas again .poor quality yoh .ill never buy an afidas product again
