Kindly note that my daughter ordered a Mother’s Day gift for me online, which was delivered on 29 April. A return was logged on the very same day.
To date, we have still not received any feedback regarding when the item will be collected. No one has contacted us, and today is already 8 May. We were also informed via chat that we are unable to return the item in-store for a refund.
Please advise urgently on what steps we should take, as my daughter is underage and we are concerned that, due to the delay in collection, she may lose her money through no fault of our own.
