Kindly note that my daughter ordered a Mother’s Day gift for me online, which was delivered on 29 April. A return was logged on the very same day. To date, we have still not received any feedback regarding when the item will be collected. No one has contacted us, and today is already 8 May. We were also informed via chat that we are unable to return the item in-store for a refund. Please advise urgently on what steps we should take, as my daughter is underage and we are concerned that, due to the delay in collection, she may lose her money through no fault of our own. I bought fans on the 20 Feb 2025. Worked well until the 16 March, scheduled a return for my take a lot acc to be credited In order to buy a different brand. Order was collected on the 18 March 2025. I’m now being told the box was sealed but there is only 1 fan in the box and not 2. I’ve been following up where my other fan is, today I get an email requesting documentation or pictures. Firstly they don’t give me any documentation but now they want that from me, secondly not specifying what pictures are required. Why don’t they provide all these rules on delivery so that I no in future. I’ve been a customer many years never experienced this bad service before it’s very concerning honestly. I booked an eye test at campus square branch for 12:30, today i arrive there at 12:20 and the receptionist tells me very rudely "OH THE 12PM LADY WAS LATE FOR HER APPOINTMENT SO YOU NEED TO WAIT OR YOU CAN LEAVE" IM VERY UPSET AS I BOOKED FOR A CERTAIN REASON ITS DURING MY LUNCH HOUR AND THEN INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING AND RESCHEDULING YOUR RUDE RECEPTIONIST GIVES ME ATTITUDE. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED
on the 18.12.2017 i placed 2 online orders one for 5-6days delivery and one for 1-3day door to door delivery. The funds was dedeucted from my account immediately. the fubny part is on thursday my 5-6days order was ready for store pick up but my 1-3days order still shows processing i am so disgusted in the service im leaving jhb friday and my home delivery order has still not been received
