I am the mother to girls triplets who normally buy clothes at Edgars Mall of the south. I went and bought my clothes and decided to buy 3 dresses for my Triplets. When I get home one of the triplet dress was big and had to return it back. I was never given an original slip the lady who assisted me took my slip and gave me the new slip. It happend that I decided to go and exchange some of my clothes for my babies shoes as they were going for the photoshoot the following day but couldn't get the sizes then I decided to ask for a refund as they took my slip the lady who assisted me says she is going to look for my slip in the office and she came back saying she couldn't find it so they will not assist me. Then I said I need the money because I need to go and buy shoes somewhere and they are refusing and they took my slip. I ended up going to H&M to spend R850 for my babies shoes. Edgars Mall of the south i need my money back. I even showed them the transaction and I request a footage of the day I came to exchange the clothes. They took my slip and now that they misplaced it is now my problem? Why would I **** that what they do.

Retrenched Dec 2023, submitted all docs and claim was "approved". Since then it’s been non-stop emails, calls and legal threats. Every time I deal with their lawyers, I send everything over and hear nothing for 3 months. Then the same story starts again. Almost 3 years of runaround and zero resolution. And I refuse to pay... why did they deduct retrenchment policy fees and approved but now its as if I'm getting bu**** to pay it in anyway. Will never ever do business again with Edgars.

My Edgars card has been completely inactive and unused for more than three years. Despite this, I recently discovered that Edgars has been continuously charging me "collection fees" and fees for services that I have not used or agreed to in years. To make matters worse, there are recent purchases on my account that I never made. When I discovered this unauthorized activity, I contacted customer service to request my account statements for the past two years so I could quantify the *****. To date, Edgars has completely ignored my request and failed to send the statements, keeping me in the dark about my own account balance. This is a ******** and I wonder how many people are being ******

I was in Edgars to try exchange a jersey for shoes but nobody on the floor helped me when I asked. I then decided to exchange the item that still had a tag on. I wasn't allowed without the original receipt even though the cashier could trace the transaction on the system with my cellphone number and print a copy of the receipt. He then gave me a voucher with a code on it. I asked for a receipt and he said he could only give me a copy. So they won't except a copy from me in order to do an exchange but expect me to use a copy when I buy again with their unprofessional cardboard voucher and printed copy of the voucher's receipt? This morning I tried to buy a pair of sneakers online using the voucher code (because the voucher expires 31 May). I was unable to because their system wouldn't accept the voucher number. This is REDICULOUS!!!! I need a refund ASAP!!!!!! Else it is called THEFT.

They advertise Xiaomi Redmi 15C for R2799 and the Redmi 15C 5G for R2299. I'm wanted to buy the the Redmi 15C 5G but when I add it to the cart, the price goes to R2799. I contacted customer service by email and they said it was an error and cannot assist me about it. I was disappointed and hurt. I went to Edgars Kollonade Mall in Pretoria and the cellphone consultant was friendly and welcoming. She explained all the phones on special and I was impressed by her professionalism. I informed her about the mistake Edgars did on line about swooping picture on the Redmi 15C and the Redmi 15 C 5G and the pricing mixing up and she couldn't help me because it was an online error and not the store. I ended up buying the Redmi 15C 5G for R2799 and my budget was R2299 as it was and still advertised online. I really feel like customer service didn't treat me fair and made me pay for the mistake and confusion caused by the store.

I made a laybuy at Edgars Greenacres, Port Elizabeth. I went today to fetch it and told the lady I lost my receipt. But I have my id. Kim, from Edgars told me to go to the police station, do an affidavit and come back. I was so shocked. I told h r but I've got my id and surely u can pick it up with that. I've never had such a ridiculous thing told ever. How backwards is this policy. And she told me it's not her, it's Edgars policy
