Online Store Adidas is not reliable,twice now that I bought items that were on sale and never got them,first time I was refunded two weeks later after I didn’t receive the item,second time I bought Manchester trainer shirt,and I received Olando pirates jersey and this was two weeks later,I returned the item and still no response and it seems like I will be refunded again maybe two weeks later again
Two weeks + waiting for delivery,and they claimed to have struggled to get hold of me.Called in and I was told my Adress was wrong yet after speaking to them the wait continues.What a terrible service
I bought items early in January and they did not arrive,a month later one I was told to lodge a refund and the other items is still not being delivered.I am told to pick the item yet there is no Adress or instructions,even though I chose delivery option to my Adress EV069332648CN
I had a 24 months contract which ended and I have been a loyal client and never missed a single instalment,when the contract ended I kept on receiving calls to upgrade and I told them I was not looking to upgrade and requested a cancellation however I was told it’s not done through a call.I then went to Protea Glen Telkom store and requested a cancellation which I was told it would be cancelled the following month as it was already mid month.Few months later I was still debited and reversed the debit or and now Telkom is sending me massage that I owe them 1000.I feel ****med because I requested a cancellation,I am never taking contact with Telkom,they can sign you up for contract on a phone but when it comes to cancellation they make it difficult or impossible.When a contract ends why do you continue to debit a client?What does 24 months contract mean if after that I am still debited?
With Clientele Lawyers you will never get feedback unless you chase them.I have two claims already that are a year old and unresolved now I lodged a third claim and already I am not getting joy,I called in today to seek for feedback and the whole day,I was told my Lawyer is busy.Whata terrible service.Clientele doesn’t have internal Lawyers and this is a problem
A year later Clintele legal still failing me with all my cases.Taking me from pillar to post,go to Miosa,go to NCC while someone is in position of my car and money.Yet their Lawyers are rude and impatient with clients.The Lawyer calls me and even refuses to give me her name ,telling me that I can cancel and close the file and go to another Law farm.What level of rudeness is that
Karabo Nkuna from Midstream branch,remain to give the best of the best service to his clients,I recently purchased a car through him after bad experience with the Dome and the service he gave me was superb and he had to come from his office day to assist me ,I would give me 10/10 not forgetting a white lady from Finance,wow what a sweet and patient lady throughout the process
This guys have no sense of agency,you will call and apply and wait forever to receive a call from scheduling department.
7 months later the matter is still not resolved,The advert for clientele on TV is misleading,give us wrong impression of their lawyers.Allegedly clientele don’t even have internal lawyers instead they outsource.They changed my lawyers more than once and every time they do,I start from scratch with the new artoney, submitting the same document over and over again .I asked to lodge a complaint and got an sms or acknowledgment however nothing was done.If you .When my cases are out of SLA ,they close them and reopen them .This is terrible service
Since I lodged dispute through Clientele Legal last year late November it’s been back and forth with me getting feedback,tried to reach out but the service is just terrible.Their Lawyer took my case and initiated communication with my third parties however throughout this period communication was terrible and all of a sudden this year I received emails saying that”my matters don’t require a Lawyer “my question is if this matters do not require a Lawyer.Why was my case taken from the word go and Communications initiated with my third parties .Do you guys take a case ,work on it and while in the process,go back and acces if the issue requires intervention or not?or you access a case before taking if because now I feel this is just lack of accountability from Clientele.My car is stuck at the machanic while you guys had arrangement with him after he failed to deliver on his promise you come back and tell me my issue don’t need intervention?My other matter also you are saying I have to go to Auto Ombudsman yet this is the first step I was advised to take by you and it did not work?I am definitely taking this matter to the Law Society
