I purchased and item 20/02/2026 using the Adidas App. Goods were delivered 23/02/2026 and unfortunately did not fit me. I immediately did a request for return in the app. Goods were collected for return 24/02/2026. Credit note issued 26/02/2026
To date, however, no money in my account. Email from Adidas, promising that my money will be in my account on 18/03/2026. - NEVER HAPPENED
I then had to prove that I did NOT receive the money by providing bank statements, TWICE. And I just had to accept that I must wait out the refund turnaround time AGAIN!
Email from Adidas dated 30/03/2026 - "We can confirm that your refund was issued on 26/03/2026. Refunds are always processed back to your original payment method. Typically, it takes between 3 - 14 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, though this duration can vary depending on your bank's internal processing times"
26/03/2026 – 17/04/2026 = 14 business days
Still no refund.
Can you just please give me my money back!!
