Ordered shoe 3 weeks ago and cannot get an answer from Adidas as to when my shoes will be delivered. Worse service
Never before have I received such bad service as that that I have received from MONDO!!!!! Every time I call in the consultants gives me conflicting information. The information given is not correct half the time so either your consultants are poorly trained or they are lying. It is impossible to speak to the same consultant twice. It is impossible to speak to a manager. There is no follow up. The last two weeks of dealing with Mondo has been the worst customer service experience of my life. MTN should fire this company and the company should close its doors!!!! DISGUSTING that a company can function in this way. My contract is due for renewal and I WILL probably cancel due to the experience with Mondo!! If an actual living breathing manager at Mondo would like to call me I will be all ears!!!!
