Sadly, I wished that I had read these reviews before I purchased from Tactical Distributors. I agree their Customer Service and Refund policy are absolutely shocking. You can see by my emails I have had a very similar experience!!!!! As a result, I will have no other option but to hand it over to my Lawyer - ON PRINCIPLE - as this company seems to be ************ about taking customers money and not honouring their commitment!!!!!! During my phone call to you on Friday 20 March, you undertook to contact El Paso and investigate why, for the second time, the incorrect holster was sent to me. You confirmed that you would phone me back with answers later that Friday afternoon, or by the very latest, the next Saturday morning 21 March 2026. Sadly, you failed to honour your commitment. When I returned the incorrect holster to you for a second time, I included a memo requesting my payment be refunded in full, including the courier fees I paid, totalling R1555,00 (invoices attached) because the fault lay with you. When you informed me that you would definitely resolve this issue with the suppliers and phone me back, I decided to give TDSA a third opportunity to redeem itself. However, the fact that you did not contact me as you had undertaken to, has made my mind up to cancel my order with TDSA and request a refund in full. ABSOLUTLEY SHOCKING !!!! There customer service is non existent but they are very quick to take your money, i purchased 2 gun holsters this year Feb 2026, made the payment online after 2 weeks i get a mail stating the supplier has not got any stock (AS USUAL) from there i was in contact via email with by Arene where i was then told i would get a refund, sure no problem thanks but little to my surprise did i know that this would still be going on now in April after filling out all the necessary refund documentation and sending it back to then absolute silence, i have sent numerous emails and still no reply, i eventually contacted the store in Boksburg where i was then handed over to another woman who then said she would get back to me after another two weeks again having to follow up on getting my money back to my surprise SILENCE !! Three weeks ago i received a mail saying i would get my refund within two days and clearly again NOTHING!! lets now get to the landline number which you can call till you are blue in the face, it is either because they know the numbers calling are wanting there money back or the staff are just *********** and don't have any telephonic skills, i will never recommend TDSA to anyone as it will be an embarrassment to myself. I AM NOW HANDING TDSA OVER TO A LEGAL DEPARTMENT.

Purchased Item, delivery date was missed, I yl to be told product isn't in production yet. Filled out a refund form, no item delivered no refund recieved. Now they are ignoring emails, and don't answer the phone. Will be filling with the NCC. They give the same response to every complaint and don't do anything about it, read the comments read the same copy pasted reply. I bet they will give the same copy pasted response to this. They will **** you, stay far away.

❗❗ Poor Service & Outstanding Refund – Tactical Distributors South Africa ❗❗ I’m sharing my experience in the hope of getting assistance and to make others aware. On 04/03/2026, I placed an order (Order #38041) with Tactical Distributors South Africa after confirming availability with their Boksburg branch. I spoke to Alec, provided the exact product number from their website, and was advised to proceed with the order even though it wasn’t in stock — I was told they would source it for me. Less than 4 hours later, I received an email from Arene informing me that the product had been discontinued and that they would look for an alternative. I declined and requested a refund instead, as I wanted that specific product. I promptly completed and returned the refund request form. I was told refunds are processed on Fridays or Saturdays and would take 1–5 days. To date, I have: Not received my refund Sent multiple follow-up emails with no response Been told my query is handled by Nikita Berry, with zero feedback or communication I then contacted the Boksburg branch again. Alec advised me to send a WhatsApp so he could escalate the matter — which I did. Days passed with no feedback. After following up again, I was told to contact the General Manager, Marc Schatz. Unfortunately: Calls to Marc go unanswered WhatsApp messages are ignored Emails remain unanswered This level of service is unacceptable. I have been patient and followed every process required, yet I am being completely ignored. I am simply requesting my refund that is long overdue. If anyone from Tactical Distributors South Africa sees this, please resolve this matter urgently.

When I placed the order delivery would have been 4-6 weeks, but after they confirmed the order it changed to 8-12 weeks. 11 Weeks later (20 Feb 2026), with no update from their side, I reached out and was told that their supplier received stock but not of what I ordered. I declined the alternative an requested a refund from them. 2 weeks have now passed since I submitted the refund request, and they confirmed the form was correctly completed and I am yet to receive that refund. I've been told only the GM can do a refund and he/she hasn't been in since I submitted the request, and they cannot tell me when he/she will return either. Email responses are slow, WhatsApp replies? Forget about it. Trying to get hold of them via a phone call seems impossible as well, and if they do answer, they are quick to just hang up.

I place an order in July 2025. When I haven't received anything by 19 November, I respectfully requested a refund. I've been waiting since 19 November 2025 for a refund of R 1735.25. I've sent 5 follow-up e-mails and have also phoned. I've received polite e-mails in the past, making promises, but have received no communication from my last 2 e-mails. Warning to people wanting to do online business with TDSA.

MONEY ****** --- I ordered an item that was to be made on back order. I confirmed the order and paid. Then I was told it was going to take 28 days or more to deliver. The payment was R6983, I made it on the 6th December 2026. I put in a refund application 2 days afterwards on the 8th of December for refund. I had to mail again on the 10th to confirm that the refund application was received. I received a response on the 11th saying that the refund application has been received. I have lost track of how many times I have called to follow up.
