Trust the bad reviews and stay away.
Wish I had read reviews for TDSA before I placed an online order with them. Placed an order for items on back order on 7 Dec 2025. When I placed the order delivery would have been 4-6 weeks, but after they confirmed the order it changed to 8-12 weeks. 11 Weeks later (20 Feb 2026), with no update from their side, I reached out and was told that their supplier received stock but not of what I ordered. I declined the alternative an requested a refund from them. 2 weeks have now passed since I submitted the refund request, and they confirmed the form was correctly completed and I am yet to receive that refund. I've been told only the GM can do a refund and he/she hasn't been in since I submitted the request, and they cannot tell me when he/she will return either. Email responses are slow, WhatsApp replies? Forget about it. Trying to get hold of them via a phone call seems impossible as well, and if they do answer, they are quick to just hang up.

TDSA is a ****!
Absolute ****mers!,about 2-3 months ago I ordered shoes for my husband and I was told the supplier doesn’t make them anymore,I then asked for a refund since I specifically wanted to buy to those shoes and I was sent documents to fill for a refund,I’m still waiting. Whenever I try to find out what’s the progress on my refund they open tickets and close them a few hours later without letting me know why,I honestly would not recommend this company to anyone!,they are absolute ****mers.

You are clearly failing to meet your customers' expectations; I have made two orders on 2025-11-29 and cancelled the other order till today I haven't received anything. The cancellation was not refunded, not even the successful order that was expected to be delivered within 14 working days. This is how exactly you operate, actually I'd like to alert other people that this store is a ****. There is no way many people can be complaining over the same thing from last year. You do not answer our calls nor emails; you're making us your fools over something we have paid. Our hard-earned money, you do not have a heart. I should have reviewed your company before making a mistake of buying from you, now I have lost R3 555.00. But I am tired this won't end well, the day I will come to your store at Boksburg. You will regret doing this sh*t to me. I am sick and tired of you guys, when we call now and you decide to lie nor pretending as if you will attend to our matters makes you feel like we are stupid and you clever neh. I will deal with you, and do not respond to this review pretending like you care while you don't. I just wanted to make you aware, while the world is watching and that they do not make a mistake that I have done of buying from you. I am tired to be that understanding customer; this won't end well not with my money.

I tried to contact you on the telephone number 011 823 2401 and when you did answer you say you will get back to me. No response from you until now. Warning to people wanting to do online business with TDSA.
I place an order in July 2025. When I haven't received anything by 19 November, I respectfully requested a refund. I've been waiting since 19 November 2025 for a refund of R 1735.25. I've sent 5 follow-up e-mails and have also phoned. I've received polite e-mails in the past, making promises, but have received no communication from my last 2 e-mails. Never received item - never received refund 7k lost
MONEY ****** --- I ordered an item that was to be made on back order. I confirmed the order and paid. Then I was told it was going to take 28 days or more to deliver. The payment was R6983, I made it on the 6th December 2026. I put in a refund application 2 days afterwards on the 8th of December for refund. I had to mail again on the 10th to confirm that the refund application was received. I received a response on the 11th saying that the refund application has been received. I have lost track of how many times I have called to follow up.

TDSA Refusing Refund for 2 Months

They "replaced" them with a completely different product in the wrong size again. I returned everything on 10 November. It is now late December and they are effectively holding my money hostage. Despite numerous [countless] emails to "Nakita", I have received nothing but excuses and for the last for weeks I have received no responses from them. I have been forced to lodge a formal complaint with the National Consumer Commission (NCC) and now the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman (CGSO) [have reference numbers for both]. Avoid this store if you value your money or expect any form of consumer support. Borderline thievery. STAY AWAY!
