ABSOLUTLEY SHOCKING !!!! There customer service is non existent but they are very quick to take your money, i purchased 2 gun holsters this year Feb 2026, made the payment online after 2 weeks i get a mail stating the supplier has not got any stock (AS USUAL) from there i was in contact via email with by Arene where i was then told i would get a refund, sure no problem thanks but little to my surprise did i know that this would still be going on now in April after filling out all the necessary refund documentation and sending it back to then absolute silence, i have sent numerous emails and still no reply, i eventually contacted the store in Boksburg where i was then handed over to another woman who then said she would get back to me after another two weeks again having to follow up on getting my money back to my surprise SILENCE !! Three weeks ago i received a mail saying i would get my refund within two days and clearly again NOTHING!! lets now get to the landline number which you can call till you are blue in the face, it is either because they know the numbers calling are wanting there money back or the staff are just *********** and don't have any telephonic skills, i will never recommend TDSA to anyone as it will be an embarrassment to myself. I AM NOW HANDING TDSA OVER TO A LEGAL DEPARTMENT.
