I have signed a Vitality contract with JustGym Springs for R99 per month. They have been debiting me R399 per month instead. I have called their call centre multiple times but the issue remains unresolved after 2 months. The sales rep at Springs, Morne, has made multiple empty promises that the issue is resolved. Another staff member also attempted to assist me, with no solution found. This happened because Morne simply did not send my contract to their financ department. He lost the contract, I had to resign it and the problem is STILL unresolved. The Springs branch also rotate managers almost on a monthly basis. I have had bad experiences with rude staff members there as well.
