❗❗ Poor Service & Outstanding Refund – Tactical Distributors South Africa ❗❗ I’m sharing my experience in the hope of getting assistance and to make others aware. On 04/03/2026, I placed an order (Order #38041) with Tactical Distributors South Africa after confirming availability with their Boksburg branch. I spoke to Alec, provided the exact product number from their website, and was advised to proceed with the order even though it wasn’t in stock — I was told they would source it for me. Less than 4 hours later, I received an email from Arene informing me that the product had been discontinued and that they would look for an alternative. I declined and requested a refund instead, as I wanted that specific product. I promptly completed and returned the refund request form. I was told refunds are processed on Fridays or Saturdays and would take 1–5 days. To date, I have: Not received my refund Sent multiple follow-up emails with no response Been told my query is handled by Nikita Berry, with zero feedback or communication I then contacted the Boksburg branch again. Alec advised me to send a WhatsApp so he could escalate the matter — which I did. Days passed with no feedback. After following up again, I was told to contact the General Manager, Marc Schatz. Unfortunately: Calls to Marc go unanswered WhatsApp messages are ignored Emails remain unanswered This level of service is unacceptable. I have been patient and followed every process required, yet I am being completely ignored. I am simply requesting my refund that is long overdue. If anyone from Tactical Distributors South Africa sees this, please resolve this matter urgently.
It wasn't a quick process, but it was a smooth process.

Very very bad service at this restaurant. Sat for 30 mins before getting drinks and another hour and a half for food that we ordered the same time as the drinks. When they quiet it's a okay place but when they busy they can't serve all customers and you wait very long.
