Purchased Item, delivery date was missed, I yl to be told product isn't in production yet.

Filled out a refund form, no item delivered no refund recieved. Now they are ignoring emails, and don't answer the phone.

Will be filling with the NCC.

They give the same response to every complaint and don't do anything about it, read the comments read the same copy pasted reply. I bet they will give the same copy pasted response to this.
