I have placed an order with Shein on the 30 April and to date I have not received my order , when I try and call they always tell me all agents are busy , this is unacceptable and not on , I have paid for my order

Tracking number: [ZA120261767911T] Order: [#PO-184-08103037671032359] Package has been stuck since 25 May 2026. Tracking says "Recipient's Phone Cannot Be Reached" but I received zero calls/SMS and my phone is working. Speedaf SA customer service number 010 593 0000 and WhatsApp are unreachable - agents always busy, no reply. Please update status, contact me on [0726226913], and arrange delivery or pickup at ZA DC. This is unacceptable service.

The service of SPEEDAF is disgusting. To try to get headoffice or Cape town per telephone is impossible. They were supposed to deliver a parcel of Temu the deadline was yesterday. I tried also their WhatsApp line several times...the answer is not acceptable. I joined a group: "Consumer Complaints South Africa" and found several members had problems with SPEEDAF, all have the same complaint: you cannot reach them per telephone and you can get them on Whatsapp, but they do not answer the questions satisfactory. A package from Temu should have been delivered latest yesterday. It did not happen. Temu already issued me a R20 because of their incapability to deliver on the deadline of May 22. Why are some couriers so unreliable? The same happened last week with SkyNet...its impossible to reach them by telephone...but luckily they did deliver my parcel JUST on the deadline after I contacted Temu.

Speedaf was supposed to deliver a parcel (ZA120256919234T) I had ordered from TEMU, and they had indicated it would be delivered around the 13th of May 2026 (last week). The delivery, however, never happened. I reported the issue to them on Friday (15 May 2026), and on Monday (18 May 2026). I stated that the courier agent went to a wrong address, (after I had received a WhatsApp message on the 14th of May 2026, which showed a wrong address [3 Steenkamp street, which is not my address, nor the one indicated on the TEMU order] as such on the WhatsApp message). I also called the customer service on Monday (18th of May 2026), they were aware of the issue, and they said they are aware of the issue. I even gave them an alternate number, because I'm mostly at work during the day. Since then, there is nothing coming through into resolving the situation, and it's really frustrating.

Looks like this business is dead - nobody answer phone/wasapp, unable to reach by email (just ONE-WAY notifications). And what is the worst, AliExpress continues to use this TERRIBLE deliverer! NO WAY I'll use this ****** business.

Terrible service from Ppet Elizabeth Branch continued phone calls but just false excuses why parcel is not delivered. Various confirmation that parcel is out for delivery but does not get delivered. Will be ope ing case of theft
