The service of SPEEDAF is disgusting. To try to get headoffice or Cape town per telephone is impossible. They were supposed to deliver a parcel of Temu the deadline was yesterday. I tried also their WhatsApp line several times...the answer is not acceptable. I joined a group: "Consumer Complaints South Africa" and found several members had problems with SPEEDAF, all have the same complaint: you cannot reach them per telephone and you can get them on Whatsapp, but they do not answer the questions satisfactory. A package from Temu should have been delivered latest yesterday. It did not happen. Temu already issued me a R20 because of their incapability to deliver on the deadline of May 22. Why are some couriers so unreliable? The same happened last week with SkyNet...its impossible to reach them by telephone...but luckily they did deliver my parcel JUST on the deadline after I contacted Temu.
