No delivery, no communication, wrong status update

Package has been stuck since 25 May 2026. Tracking says "Recipient's Phone Cannot Be Reached" but I received zero calls/SMS and my phone is working. Speedaf SA customer service number *** and WhatsApp are unreachable - agents always busy, no reply.

Please update status, contact me on [***], and arrange delivery or pickup at ZA DC. This is unacceptable service.
