I have placed an order with Shein on the 30 April and to date I have not received my order , when I try and call they always tell me all agents are busy , this is unacceptable and not on , I have paid for my order
Bauer pot set bought and 3 years later it sticks and burns the food when I cook, the coating has come off and bottom of the pan burnt, can't even come clean, when I purchased the product it was never told to me it has a 1 year guarantee now when I ask for assistance I'm told via there WhatsApp channel they can't assist me I have paid alot of money for these pots and it's a brand
Terrible service and no assistance, do not used debt busters they sign you up take your money and after you done you get messages that you still owe money and when requesting paid up letter they ask you to pay additional R3500. 00
Vox is a terrible Fibre service to ever use they sell you lies and dreams, firstly a consultant Mbali called me and offers this lovely deal which you cannot resist, there after you get called to say a technician will come out and they will email his ID so you know who to expect. Technician comes out however comes with no router or anything they assumed there was a router installed already. They then go back and say they have to order a router and get it installed, 3 weeks later still no one has come to assist, all of a sudden I get cancellation notice and being told that I will be handed over and owe money for not having a router. I am beyond annoyed, angered and irritated
Hello Unauthorized debit order going off my husband's account, someone had cloned his account and ordered a drone it got delivered to our house and when trying to get assistance no one can help you hold on forever and no one answers, I want my money given back or this will be taken further
Good day I have a issue with Capitec, my husband has debit orders going off his account that he did not authorize it is now 3 months , we went to the bank and he was told there is nothing that can be done and that it is a debi check that he authorized which is not true, however we tried to locate the people and we can't, this is ***** on his account and I expect an answer and this is a fault on Capitec side, should it not get sorted and the money reversed there is going to be hell Regards Tenille
I am highly frustrated and annoyed, I used pampers with my daughter and have never had a problem, however I recently bought pampers step 6 and it had cut my son and caused blisters, reported it to pampers and to my surprise they come back and say information given was false and there is a dec****ncy and the case is closed. I will never use pampers again not for the amount of money paid
I ordered a airfryer, worked for one day and then returned it, a refund was refused as they said they needed to assess the airfryer, it's now 1 month and still no feedback and they got my money, I will never order from snatcher again, service is pathetic and no number to call them on, only email.
I am disappointed and disgusted at the service received by the consultant at fibre stream, I have had no connect since last year December 2022 and yet I paid for the service all you get is that it's the loadshedding and they will send a technician out, now February and I still have no connection, I reversed my debit order and Shaylee the consultant who was assisting was not helpful at all just kept telling me I'm liable to pay or my line will not be reconnected, when asking for assistance I get told they migrating as to why no one can help me but they want my money, how convenient.
Everytime I call regarding gap cover I never get assistance, they never answer calls and I'm always first in the line for a consultant to answer, I am sick and tired of not getting assistance
