I bought an air fryer in August, firstly o couldn’t use it immediately due to the plug. Later on I got the plug. I am now struggling to switch it on to a pint I have given up on using it. I wrote an email to you with no response. Your landline is no going through.

I paid for something online in may only to receive an email a 3 weeks later that it was out of stock and would be refunded. Till to date, 9/11/2024 I still haven't received my refund after numerous follow ups and no feedback. Customer service is a joke! I want my money back, please pay back my money!

Absolutely disgusted with this Online Sales Platform, paid for my order in July 2024 of R3 700.00. I requested my order to be split into 2, one for collection in JHB and the balance of my order to be delivered to CT. Thank Goodness I could arrange a Uber pick up of JHB order as I was in Town, they were helpful to share their COLLECTION ADDRESS being "PRESTIGE BUSINESS PARK, ROODEPOORT", even gave me a cell number HOWEVER for balance of my order of R1 500.00 was NEVER delivered. Loads of Emails sent, unanswered, cell number 0716248400, working on the day of pick up and person (Khai) has conveniently "left Snatcher's employ with no alternate contact number. I hope they honour their clients refunds, orders as money like that or less we all work hard for and its a disgrace that they just ignore it. I do hope those living in Johannesburg will call on their offices to rightfully be refunded or the goods purchased online OR its given to them as you now atleast have a PHYSICAL ADDRESS for SNATCHER!!!

I was always a fan of Snatcher, especially the incredible deals they always have available. At least until I placed an order successfully in March, only to be told in April that the item I had successfully purchased was no longer in stock. They offered me store credit or a refund and I responded the very next day to request a refund. It is now 6 months later and despite my countless requests for assistance, I am still waiting for a response from customer service, let alone the money that is rightfully mine.

I bought an airfrier - first they sent me a small one but I paid for a big one over R4000 and the one the sent me was only R1100. I then returned it without opening. Said I am not willing to pay for the return as it was their fault. They promised to pay me back as soon as they receive it. They received it and now 4 months later I do not have my air frier nor my money. Promises on email is all I get and now they ignore all mails. There is no contact number. Don't buy from them as they advertise one thing and send you another! You never see your money again.
