Based on recent customer reviews, Quorum Property Management is generating significant tenant frustration across multiple buildings including Homage, The Ox, Forest Views, and Clark on Kent. Customers consistently mention serious concerns around building security, prolonged power outages, poor communication channels reliant on chatbots, and disputes over deposit refunds and undisclosed fees. A recurring theme is unresponsive management and contractual confusion. However, a smaller group of reviewers highlight positive experiences with specific staff members during leasing applications, maintenance visits, and onsite assistance, suggesting individual employees often outperform the broader operational service.

My experience with Charlie & The Chairman has been extremely disappointing from both a workmanship and customer service perspective. I purchased a unit in what was marketed as a premium development, with expectations of quality finishes and professional after-sales support. Unfortunately, the reality has been the complete opposite. During my inspection, I identified more than 50 defects in a very small apartment. These included cracked tiles, hollow tiles, poor finishing, and generally substandard workmanship. For a development positioned as higher-end, this level of quality is unacceptable. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of communication and accountability afterward. Despite repeated follow-ups, emails, and multiple attempts to call them, I have struggled to get meaningful updates or clear timelines. Responses have been vague, delayed, and unhelpful. There seems to be far more focus on selling remaining units than looking after existing purchasers who have already committed financially. As an investor who has bought several properties, I can honestly say this has been one of the poorest handover and defects experiences I have dealt with. I would strongly caution prospective buyers to do very thorough inspections and not rely on promises regarding quality or after-sales service.

Security is a major concern, security guards allow strangers to freely enter and exit the building, which makes residents feel unsafe, the building is not well maintained its filthy. Their service is poor. Every month end we experience power cuts but the neighbour hood will be having electricity&their excuse is a substation and they give us **** Al reports and references from City power. I wouldn't recommend this place to any1. Our groceries get spoilt due to not having electricity for a week or weeks.People move in and move out due to their poor services. That place is not welcoming from outside it's giving lagos vibes. The other issue is parking.

The homage building -100000/10 There’s been a power outage for nearly a week. Communication from management is severely poor. A chat bot is used, messages and queries are often left unanswered, the *********** people responsible for this communication then knock off at 5pm. There’s no building manager on site. The biometrics at the gate do not work most of the time. There are no security cameras except for the ones at the gates. There’s a complete disregard for residents and while power outages are out of their control, communication is still extremely poor and disappointing. HIRE AN ONSITE MANAGER AND STOP USING CHAT BOTS.

Homage 0/10!! We have an ongoing power crisis, it has been 5 days and the WhatsApp chatbot reports useless information on the matter and only when it feels like it, with no actual responses. We live with rodents. There has been a scaffolding structure standing for months with no repairs underway, there are used toilet seats and shower doors in the entryway and there are children that live and play in the building. Rent ranges between 6000-9000 including levies , dirt walls , management ignores complaints and they do not provide relevant information to a matter even when they do get back to you , no back up power , zero security measures.

My experience living at The OX building has been extremely disappointing. The service is very poor, and the staff often come across as unhelpful and dismissive, with a noticeable attitude problem. Security is also a major concern the gate is left open 24/7, allowing strangers to freely enter and exit the building, which makes residents feel unsafe. In addition, the building is not well maintained. Common areas, especially the corridors, are frequently dirty, with issues like bird droppings not being cleaned regularly. The move-out process is another serious problem. Tenants are charged excessive and unreasonable fees for basic items such as stoves and showers, often being told these were “new” at move-in, which is simply not true. Overall, this is one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve had. I would strongly advise others to avoid renting here. POOR POOR POOR POOR SERVICE!!!!!!

Security is a joke. Anyone enters as they please. I’ve witness people trespassing by the dustbins side and away from security authorisation . No strict access to the gate really. One time I enter the security room, and only one camera in the WHOLE building was on at that time. This place lacks cameras, most are off. I even seen a similar review about this and Q living responded and gaslight the comment by saying they have 24 hour security. I dare them to do that cause then I’ll show evidence of trespassing in this building.

Avoid renting from them no matter how desperate you are. They're only responsive when you are looking for a place. Once there are disputes they don't respond. They have no regards for the laws of the country. They don't even show up when you open s case against them. They can ***** your property
